Excellent experience from start to finish

The food was great but the rooms and facilities are old and the amenities are old too. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not helpful nor professional and they did not follow through on requests unless we kept reminding them to help us. Fortunately, Dawn who helped with the food was great and the room cleaners are great too but other than that - overall - just not friendly and professional other than them. We would not recommend this hotel nor would we stay here again. Choose another hotel.

The room was supposed to be two queens with a sofa bed. Can't use a sofa bed with old bloody sheets. Bathroom was rusty. Floor was dirty with some pink stains. Sink was clogged. Edge of the parkway so at least it was not far from the interstate

NOTHING!!!! We booked this hotel because of the splashpad and pool, it is unfortunate that we were unable to stay because of the filthy bed and room. I will never and I mean never book a room here again. The rooms were absolutely filthy! Not only the fact that we had to get someone up there immediately after check-in, to clean an air filter that someone else had checked and left on the floor, the beds were beyond disgusting. I have to be honest when saying that I have never experienced such a nasty room in the many years that I have traveled as an adult and as a child. I really wished that I had read the reviews on the hotel website instead of the booking.com website. Under the sheet was what looked to be dried up poop and a dead maggot. The floors were nasty, hair on the bathroom floor, on the dust ruffle was black shoe prints and just black nastiness. The room smelt funny from the beginning. I would assume that it was from the mold between pieced together wallpaper and flooring. The pieced together flooring in the elevator was a joke! When I went down stairs after checking in to speak to the African American lady up front, she first said that the cleaning people had left for the day, but in fact they were still there as she later discovered. They handed her their approx. 6 month old baby and proceeded to go upstairs to see the air filters as their other 2 children followed them to our room. The lady up front told me that we could find another hotel or she could refund us the money that we had paid, as she stated they were fully booked for the night. From there the vent was fixed, but we had later discovered the poop and maggot as we went to go to bed that night. I went back down and asked her again if they happen to have another room, she promptly said no and was very standoffish about the entire situation. She did offer us sheets to change out own bedding and while I have not lived a "fancy" lifestyle and am not opposed to making a bed, I just couldn't bring myself to stay in that hotel. I gave the keys back to her and she quickly changed her mind about the refund.

The hotel was spotless. The bedding was very comfortable and the indoor pool was very peaceful. 10 out of 10.

Some of the toiletries provided were out (shampoo, lotion). Would of been nice to use if they were stocked. The AC was on high and we couldn't get it to lower, which sucked since it blew right toward the bed were husband slept.

Staff was very kind, hotel was very dirty. Stains on sheets, spider webs in room , carpet was dirty, etc. won’t stay there again.

We reserved a king-size room with a balcony; however, we were unable to utilize the balcony due to the absence of chairs. Additionally, when I made the reservation, the room description indicated a shower/bath combination, but we were assigned a handicap-accessible room. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making every effort to assist us. The outdoor pool was designated for children, and at the time of our visit, the indoor pool was also occupied by many children. The breakfast offered was consistently excellent and well-stocked each morning.

Loved everything about this stay, from the staff to location , affordable Lilith. If only one complain would be cleaning the balcony, but other than that, this place if perfect for the family. Balcony not clean.

The property itself wasn’t bad at all, the lady at the front desk that works day shift was very rude and not a very friendly person, also my room was on the first floor which I didn’t mind but there was a bunch of random trash all over the floor in the hallway right in front of the door, we notified the front desk person and waited a while to see if she could come and clean it up, but she said she was u able to because she couldn’t get into the cleaners closet. In the room the microwave was missing, there was also a bag covering the smoke detector. I have a small child that was very concerning to me, the room could have been cleaned a little better, the pool area was very nice. The breakfast was ok.

Thank goodness this was only one night, because “disappointing” gives this place too much credit. I truly didn’t see anything positive about this place.

The room had a musky smell, and the carpet was damp in the room. The carpet in the hall was loose and needed to be re-stretched to fit properly. The room we were in was loud during the afternoon when we checked in. We checked out without staying overnight and paid to stay at another hotel.
