Exceptional

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was a perfect for traveling only needing a one night stay. Being so close to the road that leads into a major interstate it was very noisy.

The convenience of the location on the main Sevierville parkway was excellent but comes with some serious road noise issues. Obviously this is a difficult problem to resolve when the building is very close to the highway, but should be considered when booking here, especially if you have small children.

Staff was great. Beds were okay. They were super soft but not even. Even though there was a placard showing pool this way they didn’t have a pool.

Was advised through Expedia to have a pool and there was no pool. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and we appreciated that, for other concerns we had. Not terrible for a 1 night stay.

I stayed on the 4th of July night and everything was good until I went to bed. In the middle of the night I starting feeling itching in both my hands. I did not pay much attention and tried to sleep. But the itching continued. After hours of trying to sleep I just woke up and watched TV. The next morning I checked my hands and I have received 10 different bites from bed bugs that were noticeable under the pillow. My husband told me they were red colored because all the blood they sucked from me. I rushed out of the hotel and didn’t say anything for days until I came back on post and my sergeants noticed the bites on my hands. I’m an active duty soldier so they went to my Barracks and make me throw all my clothes in hot water. I had to get alcohol for my bites and hidrocortizone. I didn’t want to say anything out of embarrassment but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I stayed in room 203. Please revise your bed before u lay on it’s My hands got destroyed.

We needed a place to rest. As we opened the room door the fire alarm went off. I then tried to lock the door and it wouldn't lock. I finally got it to lock and and the alarm went off again. I finally got someone to answer the phone. When he came up he said he heard something about that room earlier that day. He then gave us a key for a room 2 doors down. That room had a little weird smell but at that point we were already exhausted so we stayed. The bathroom is the smallest I've ever been in. To close the bathroom door you have to stand by the tub sideways and the floor towel bunches up behind the door. It probably measures 5x5. The breakfast area is right next to the checkout desk.

Excellent location and easy to get on and and off major access highways. Lively rooms and staff was great

It was pet friendly. The rooms were updated and very nice.The rooms overall were terrific. The staff was friendly and very helpful and welcoming. If we needed anything they got it for us. To us the best part was that we could have our pets with us. A lot of hotels aren’t that welcoming. Big + in our books. The only downside for us was the doors they could be upgraded to the rooms. But overall it was a great hotel

10/10 would not recommend

The staff is courteous and the check-in was smooth. The property seems to be an old hotel that has been taken over by Hilton and they have done a great job of giving it a facelift. Rooms look pretty neat and clean. Breakfast options were less compared to a few of the other “Spark” properties I have stayed at.

My first stay at a spark and I will continue to look for them when I vacation

The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination.

Breakfast left MUCH to be desired, but if cereal is your jam- you are good to go.

It’s an okay stay. My room door didn’t close and it felt like a motel. It had very little breakfast options. Not impressed, however the staff was nice.
