Rooms and property were quiet. Pool--looked like it had a film on it. Dont think would have used it. Everything else was great. Staff very personable and helpful if needed.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was a little hard. No vending machines, had to buy snacks from front desk.

Both rooms on 4th floor had an odor - one faint and the other stronger. Good thing we had our own bathroom spray that helped some.

The staff were all very nice There were strange knocking sounds all night , when we first checked in the room was so musty and smelled like mold. My sinuses have been stuffy ever since

Breakfast was good! Both of our rooms had flimsy metal bed frames that squeaked with every movement - not a good night’s sleep for any of us.

This was a great hotel to stay in when I was recently in Kodak, TN, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they will give you clean towels and empty the wastebaskets in the room every day without having to ask for this service. My only issue was that housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels after they serviced my room and even though the box of tissues was clearly empty, they did not replace it. Minor inconvenience, but I had to go to the desk to get the items that were missing. Other than that, nice hotel, quiet, decent breakfast....try the biscuits and gravy.....very good!!! Thank you Marco for all your help!!

It was clean, & the location is great!! The staff was very friendly and they made checking in very easy and quick!

This hotel was disgusting. We had to change rooms twice. In our first room, the AC didn’t work. The second room had clearly not been cleaned and there was mud in the bathtub and mold in the toilet. When we turned on the shower to wash out the mud chunks of something came out of the drain and floated around. Our third room which we ended up staying in because we were exhausted, had a leak in the bathtub so there was mold on the floor.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean The refrigerator was not cleaned or the microwave. The bathtub had dirty in it. Hair on the couch, and they didn't have housekeeping daily.

The freezer did not work and the parking situation was ridiculous. There were multiple construction trucks with machine trailers blocking multiple spots leaving no spots.
