The room was clean with extra touches that we appreciated. But, the bedding did not fit well, and the sheets kept sliding off the mattress. And though it's a no smoking facility, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Everything was so good that we stayed there on our return trip. Even has a Buck-ees very close to it.

Outside it looks very nondescript and plain, but the rooms inside are very modern and up to date. Super clean and they even left snacks and other things travelers might need such as a razor, shower cap, and toothbrush- included in the stay and not extra. The breakfast was pretty good, standard for most hotels/motels. The only thing I could say as a “negative” is no hair dryer, but definitely not something to detract from my 5 stars.

This hotel is a gem. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. The rooms are very updated and very clean, breakfast was good and they provided little touches like free snacks in the room as well as a little basket of toiletries including a comb and razor amongst the usual stuff. There was a Keurig in the rim with multiple pods available. Pool on site also. All for a very, very affordable price. Pigeon Forge is a great town but the traffic is crazy. Would recommend staying here and taking an Uber in to town. Highly recommend this hotel !!!
