This hotel was clean, conveniently located relatively close to the train station, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It is probably a perfect hotel for a businessman visiting the city. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent--everything was well-prepared and delicious. The room we stayed in was way, way too small for two people and luggage--it did not seem accurate to describe this as a double room. Also, although the hotel itself is non-smoking, because the smoking spaces are close to the hotel, we could smell smoke in the room if we opened the windows. Having to keep our windows closed added to the claustrophobic feeling.

The staff was accommodating and the highlight of the stay. The mattress was also very comfortable. The non-smoking room was actually non-smoking. The new annex rooms were nice. Booked hotel for convience, as we were continuing to travel further north, so it was just a stop during our travel. The hotel was close enough to the train station as well. The breakfast area was pretty small for such a popular place, and the food was very Japanese. The AC was not cool enough. The rooms should have fit two people, but since booked through booking, the staff wasn't able to change it, so we ended up having two rooms despite one being definitely enough.

Close to koga station , clean well equipped , small size but comfortable. Very good breakfast with variety of food. air conditioning was too big for the size of the room , obliged me to keep fan nunning very low , reducing the cooling effect.

standard business hotel, as expected not enough parking. Their backup lot is a 4 minute walk away, with nothing but a dark and barely lit road in between.

Expensive as it is, there is large ofuro on the 1st floor.
