Fantastic for our young family. Staff were brilliant throughout and the complex is well designed. Lots of space and different pools with great entertainment throughout Can't fault it. The only downside is location as slightly out the way but getting a cab to rhodes town was no bother

Sound proofing is the only thing that needs upgrade. You can here the water running from the rooms next door.

It was huge, lots of pools, lots of surprises from the staff. Lots of options for literally everything. The staff was very nice We both love pools but we couldn’t get into them they were too cold. Like an ice bath. And the food wasn’t great. Cocktails were strong but too sweet.

We will definitely come back and try other hotels of Atlantica Nothing!

Plates and glasses were not always clean, furniture in the restaurant is out-dated. The pool and surrounding could use some renovation. I personally am not a fan of algae on the walls of the pool a or around the drainage, or between tiles. The pool floor could also use some vacuuming.

We just returned from an incredible vacation, and I can’t even put into words how amazing everything was! From the very beginning, everything was just perfect – the service was kind, professional, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety available all day long. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right by the sea, with stunning views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The pools were beautiful, clean, and fun, and there was even a jacuzzi to enjoy. Every evening there were fun shows and activities for both kids and adults – so much energy and joy! We stayed in a room with a private pool – such an amazing experience! Full privacy, peaceful, and pure enjoyment. One of the highlights was the hotel’s private water park – super fun, well-maintained, and perfect for families and couples alike. Truly, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – don’t hesitate, this is the perfect place for your next vacation! ❤️

the room was beautiful and super clean and the staff was always siling and trying to help. the food didnt really mach my expectations maybe because most of the meat was pork.

You can choose one restaurant if staying for a few days, the Italian restaurant was amazing and the food was very good compared to the dining room. There are many pools and a lot of space for everyone. I think the main issue for me was that they didn’t heat up the pools at all. We arrived at the beginning of June, it was hot outside but the pools were freezing and we couldn’t get in not even once during our stay. Also, one night it was raining, and it seems that the hotel is not equipped for that - they are closing everything and moved the evening event to the lobby which was small for the amount of people. Overall, I would not recommend arriving before it’s July- August. The food in the dining room was not amazing during launch and dinner, if you are vegetarian you don’t have many options (most night the vegan sections mostly included just vegetables… ) It is important to say that the staff try to assist me every night with making sure I have vegan options which I really appreciated.

The facilities compared to other hotels in Rhodes are very good, especially for families and young kids. The water park is a real winner. The location and the food. Location is not really on a beach that is worth sitting on for any length of time. Also, it’s in an area with a lot of construction going on so the surrounding roads are dilapidated or just generally very messy, with building rubble and equipment all over the place. If you’re in the hotel, you obviously don’t notice it but if you want a hotel where you can go for a nice walk outside of the hotel, this is not it. The food was not 5 star - not by a long way. We found that the quality of the food and preparation was not up to standard and was 4 star at best.

Our second time here. We like the space, views, staff. Very busy this year compared to previously but still able to find our own space in the grounds.

The rooms are beautiful, I like the layout for the family room which leaves some privacy if you close the door to the child area. Initial room had an odd view of a patch of land not owned by the hotel but the hotel moved us on request with no issue. If you like afternoon sun I would recommend the sea view rooms facing the mountain which is a lovely view. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The buffet dinner was tasty although not much of an occasion meal. The a la carte are beautiful but open to the weather. The beach is not great - it isn’t run by the hotel but worth knowing if you want a lovely beach. There is a very nice beach 5 mins drive away (over one hour on foot due to mountain). The pools are very cold in April and more for a splash than a swim, a very small pool is slightly heated but still too cold for my kids. The water park is fantastic the kids loved it and so did I. The hotel is very busy in holiday times so there were occasionally long queues for ice cream or dinner. Overall a lovely hotel with some great elements and some downsides depending on your priorities.

The hotel itself is beautiful - the rooms are spacious and spotless. The pools all super clean and large. Good gym. Good food and excellent selection. Friendly staff usually. Very child oriented with kids bar and popcorn/ ice cream stand. Allergy awareness for us was outstanding - best I have ever seen in a hotel anywhere in the world. The beach outside the hotel is a lovely little beach but when we were there always littered with random rubbish which could easily be picked up once a day by someone in the hotel to make the area so much better. There isn't much else to walk to in the local area so it is really important the beach is attractive. The pools were freezing and the temperature when we were there was generally cool- I think the hotel could provide some blankets for the off season to enjoy evening entertainment or outdoor dining. They could also properly heat at least one pool.

Communication was poor. Our rooms was not ready for a few hours after check in & then we were allocated another room and compensated with a free entry into an al carte restaurant on a night of our choosing (this did not happen). We booked the Italian al carte restaurant on our last night. The restaurant was closed due to bad weather, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but no one thought to communicate this to us. We had not eaten dinner and we were so disappointed as we were starving. We headed to reception and was told there’s nothing we can do (with an attitude nonetheless). We found that not all hotel staff were friendly or welcoming. I think the hotel could do better in services & staff behaviour/morale as this resort is gorgeous but let down by its staff & communication.

Not much to be honest perhaps the restaurant staff and chefs making food for our 6 month old son Would thoroughly recommend not booking this unless going with tui as all guests seem to be tui and have preferential treatment. No activities for normal booking.com customers and everything was closed “due to weather” but the minute more people showed up in half term everything opened despite “bad weather”

Everything was very good the staff were very nice and the room was very clean, it was a really great experience, this hotel is family oriented, there are a lot of options for kids.

Fabulous hotel. Very well thought out and perfect for families with young kids. Amazing pools and water park, and a lovely little beach. The food was great and always very varied, lots of options for fussy toddlers. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
