Incredibly convenient and friendly hotel. We have enjoyed 100% of it. A bit unreliable room cleaning service. The cleaning lady was repeatedly coming to clean the room in the afternoon when kids were sleeping. So the room was unkept for 3 days out of 11.

The place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and kind. There are many great facilities and the nearby beach is lovely. This is a great place for families. Food was not tasty at all. Mainly lunch and dinner. There is a large variety of not tasty food. In addition to the main restaurant there are 2 special restaurants, but only one of them serves tasty food. In the main restaurant once in a while we found something we liked. Also I’d expect to find toiletries in the room but unfortunately the hotel doesn’t offer them (except for a soap dispenser). Lastly, the indoor pool that should have been warm was actually cold as the rest of the pools.

Perfect for Family with Children - our Kids (4 and 7 years) had a lot of fun in pools, slides, Playground, on the Beach (especially on Tsambika Beach - 5 km away). Many other Activities. Food was tasty. Car rental in lobby area. Coffee not tasty

We had lots of fun staying in a room with poll access. In addition, we had a great time in the main pool and the nearby water park (free for the resort guests). The staff is very kind and helpful. Great resort for families

The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and the 2 restaurants was very good. There is a beach right next to the hotel, which we found great already (for snorkeling and water sports too), and Tsambika beach is only a 10 min drive away. Both Rhodes and Lindos are easily reached. There is a lot to be said for the good and clean facilities and fun activities, also for children, even the smallest, but what made this place exceed our expectations was its friendly staff.

The staff was nice and traied their best to make us feel comfortable. The facilities are good, clean and well maintained. Not all the staff members were knowledgeable enough regarding the island attractions available And the food was not to our flavor.

THEE POOL EREA IS SUPER GREAT THE ROOMS ARE VERY GOOD AND COMFORT FREINDLY STAFF TASTEY FOOD ITS ABOUT 35 MINUTES FAR FROM THE OLD TOWN BUT ITS OK IF U RENT A CAR LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE

Staff really lovely. Swim up rooms are great Taverna an excellent restaurant. Flood lit Football pitch a real bonus. We all enjoyed the swim up bar- great hot chocolate! Buffet food not the best- except for the salad bar which had good variety. Didn’t enjoy music/entertainment each evening but were not aimed at our ages.
