Dinner is mediocre. Beach is a bit far and not many hotel beds. The beach is great though.

Everything was amazing. We traveled with a large group. Great food, fantastic animation but best of all was the staff. Best vacation ever. We will be back.

Mostly everything - food was great, everywhere very clean and tidy, friendly service, clean pool. Very cozy place to spend your vacation. Nice welcome and farewell. We arrived just after dinner hours, but there were sandwitches, fruits & a bottle of wine in our room. For farewell, we got chocolate and a gift, so we felt very welcome. A little bit small dedicated beach area, but still good place to stay.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to their new rooms with a private pool. The rooms were clean and modern and a decent size. The staff were all so friendly and ensured we were well looked after, including helping repair our pram wheel for us. Thank you for the best first family holiday we could have asked for! Nothing, i wouldn't change our trip.

The staff was amazing – friendly, helpful, and attentive. This truly includes almost everyone we interacted with. The facilities were also excellent, well-maintained, and enjoyable. Although there was plenty of food, after a while it became quite repetitive. The bed was made up of two separate mattresses that kept sliding apart, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the location was a bit inconvenient, being about 30 minutes by car from Lindos and around 25 minutes from the Old City.

The property was very nice. The pool was very vibrant and good. I really liked the staff and how they interacted with children to make them happy. Finally, I want to thank the man who works at the pool bar and him being so kind and helpful for my kids when they want an order and giving them a smile on their face everyday. The entertainment area near the dining place was quite good but a part of the area where the kids were dancing was very small and in my opinion they should make it bigger to allow more children to enjoy their time and express their happiness.

Menu was varied. The pool area was big enough. Dishes was sometimes dirty, room cleaning wasn't also so good. Smoking on balconies, pool area and lounge area. Smokers could have a separate area where they are only allowed to smoke.

Good location and friendly staff. The room allocated to us was smaller than we booked.

They allowed us have lunch on the day we vacated to our surprise, we had impression that the lunch is not included (we took all inclusive) We have booked a large twin rooms with large double bed and sofa etc, the room we were given was tiny. The toilet/bath was very small. A friend of mine could not use the toile because of the cramp space and he used common toilets available within building.

All staff from reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning team all so friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend. Food choice on restaurant was very good. Everything was brilliant, all I’d say is the food could have been warmer.

Staff was friendly, tried to help. Location is good, beach is nice We've got fruits and wine when we've arrived, which was nice.. Overall, even though the hotel staff was friendly and tried to help, our overall stay wasn't good. I wouldn't rate it as a 5 stars hotel, perhaps a 3 stars. The rooms cleanliness wasn't good, in one room we've had many ants, in the other there were red bugs- Hotel staff could only suggested to change the sheets and pillows. Rooms were also very small. Food- Quantity was good, but it wasn't tasty. After being in other hotels in Greece, I don't think it's a 5 stars standard, unfortunately- Will not recommend.
