High class, very clean, amazing food Lack of “young” atmosphere

Buffet timing closing at 9pm. That’s too early.

Everything The staff, the food, the gestures, the cleanless, the shows. I dont have one single bad thing to say about it! Also there is a girl called georgina, she is the best waitress ever. Meira gave us a lot of fun activities. The reception staff was incredible also. Nothing.

The building itself is stunning, they have down so well with the design. It is luxurious from the moment you see it and all the way through. Nothing except the hot tub was very small and yes intimate and that wasn’t the main problem it was just cold.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Loved the buffet - great selection and great quality. Excellent gym: spacious with well maintained, modern equipment. The pools were beautiful (if a bit cold!) The spa was very expensive, and the person who massaged me did not seem to have any training in massage, and did not give the massage I had booked (ie. it was meant to include 4 techniques, such as stretching, but it was simply rubbing olive oil in)

The staff were very friendly. They really put effort or make your stay better. Appreciate it. The cats were very sweet. The hotel made cat houses for them, they’re treated nicely. The whole system was weird from the start to the end. We made a reservation for half board, thinking that only difference will be lunch and drinks won’t be included. It was more than that. All inclusive gets beach towels, sunbeds, priority in reserving the spa. There is even a bar only all inclusive can enter (which is super weird) and so many other little but annoying things… But it’s the deal we got, so I can understand it to level (wish the information was better though). The reason I gave a low star is: 1. Food is not good. I’m sorry to say that, it’s an okay food. The variety at the buffet is good. But everything is tasteless and low quality. If you’re in Greece, you can easily find much better food in any taverna out there. The Greek food offerings were very limited. You get pizza, pasta etc every night. Breakfast is also very standard and nothing special about it. I found hair few times in my food and the plates at the open buffet was not clean all the time. 2. The open buffet is a mass! It’s so crowded and stressful trying get food. 3. The room was very cold at night and there was no way to heat it. The air co is only for cooling down. If you’re visiting in April & May, keep this in mind. We had to ask extra blankets. The room was nice, but we did not really enjoy it because of the cold. 4. The bar is expensive! I had the most expensive tea of my life in the smallest cup. Water is expensive, fundamental things are not complementary in a resort. It’s RIDICULOUS to ask for extra 35 euros for the beds around the pool! It’s an all inclusive resort, this was quite disappointing. 5. The outdoor pool is not heated as advertised. It’s a one meter pool anyways, not fun to swim. For such a big resort there is only one pool option and it’s not like it’s looking in the pictures. The bottom was very dirty on top. 6. I ordered a glass of wine at the dinner with an extra charge. Which is fine. But if you’re paying for the wine you should be able to have some options.

Excellent value for money! We booked the half board and had dinner at the hotel - great choice! For a 2 night holiday the hotel provided all and more what we expected. Upon arrival we got a room upgrade to a suite with a straight access to a semiprivate swimming pool - super! In the room we had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting us in ice bucket, minibar free of charge and a plate with fresh fruit! Room was big and comfortable, amenities high quality, all excellent! What we liked the most was the private beach with chairs, clean water and beautiful scenery. Dinner was like in a high quality cruise ship, plenty of choices and excellent service. We really enjoyed our time here and will return if we are back in Rhodes one day. Thank you for the hospitality!

Resort is average/nice. Hotel is nice. Beach ok, mix of pebbles sand. Beach not suitable for young children as sea shelves, drops away off beach. One of the reception staff members not a good manager. Lacked people skills. Otherwise all other staff were great. Indoor pool wasn’t heated to 28 degrees as stated. This was cold. Others in pool commented on this. Poor for 5 star resort! Food was average/good but not great. (Try AX Odyssey Malta 4 star hotel, food amazing)! Our room 1225 stunk of cooking, fried fish daily! Possible Mechanical extractor issue surrounding kitchen plus kitchen location poor position below bedrooms? All rooms immediately around this room will also suffer the cooking smells. Clothes in wardrobe stunk of cooking. A Manager came to our room and confirmed this and offered to move us, which was kind, but this won’t solve the problem.

This hotel is fabulous- the best I have stayed in! On my 1st night I was so eager to come back to greece , I forgot to change my hotel booking to match my flight so arrived early !! Lorna and Frosa managed the situation very efficiently and promptly- Room sorted that matched what I booked !! ?As season just starting Limited things to do in Kolymbia at this time of year and the weather was hit and miss - but I didn't care , I was back in my παράδεισος μου. The 5* buffet was amazing so much choice and the staff - what can I say - they make this place fabulous , always smiling helpful and greeting in greek which I love ❤️ I have already booked to come back to this hotel amongst my 4 trips planned to greece this year - Ευχαριστώ, τα λέμε του χρόνου❤️?? Nothing!

Rooms was great. Close to pool. Took beach view, few metres to beach. Staff friendly, bar staff above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Food amazing. Asked for non alcohol, left champagne in room. Didn't change when asked. No info given on arrival about breakfast etc. Asked for early check in for 11am, but the room was actually ready late for regular check in (1.30pm)! Disappointing as we had a wedding to be ready for.

This was really the best resort hotel I've ever visited, first of all thanks to its atmosphere and exceptional service. We had just 2 nights, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool, which was unexpectable and really surprising, and it really made our stay unforgettable. It is very quiet in the territory, there is plenty of space and you can find a comfortable corner to yourself wherever you want. The hotel area is green, with lots of water everywhere, you can always here its sound - sea, fountains, pool - it creates a relaxing atmosphere. The food was very good, aesthetically presented, nothing to complain about. The beach is clean, beautiful, beach towels are in the room so you don't need to go somewhere to take them. The hotel also provided a compliment - a bottle of Champaign with lots of various snacks. There was also a free minibar, lots of nice cosmetics, and even a cap and slippers for the beach. All services were provided immediately upon request. This stay was more than I could reasonably expect, so I will be glad to come back to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everybody who loves tranquility and serenity. That was not a problem of the hotel, because they cannot prohibit it, but there were many noisy people on the neighboring public beach, a lot of children, they came to the beach in front of the hotel to play and swim, shouting and running around, and it spoiled the atmosphere. So it's just has to be taken into account. The beach is not private, it belongs to everybody. But you can always find some space inside the hotel to have a relaxing ambiance.

Everything The only thing we didn't like was that we had to order coffee. In the room, which was more than perfect, there was a Nespresso coffee machine, but the coffee capsules were only available for all-inclusive guests. We stayed in a room with a private yard and pool on a half-board basis, and we just had to pay for the coffee. That's fine, but I can't help thinking – wouldn't it be better to increase the room price by 5 euros, which is how much 5 capsules cost, instead of the inconvenience of having to order it?

I really loved everything about the hotel. The beach is great, with a very calm sea. The hotel pool is nice, the self service restaurant is quite nice, and the 2 a la carte restaurants were just amazing!!! Staff was great and super friendly, special the staff at the breakfast in the blue bay restaurant. The sky bar was just amazing as well, with well prepared drinks and high quality music. The room was wonderful with an amazing view from the bed directly to the sea. The hotel facilities are wonderful. Gym was also great. One of the best hotels I stayed in and would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
