We rented a car,but next to the hotel entrance is the bus station. And in 10 min walk a small village with a few shops. There were water bottles and a nice compliment with candies and local honey upon arrival in the room. I can definitely suggest the hotel! What was strange that during 5night stay, they never cleaned our room and didn't changed towels, even after we put the sign on the door to make up our room, they took the sign but never came. But it didn't ruin our holidays, all was good and this is a small thing, but good to know.

There was bad smell of dirty water that came from the outdoor area.

Clean and comfortable room with a shower, safe, small fridge (with plenty of water) an a "coffee /tea kit". TV was okay. The balcony was big with sea view. The spa was really good. Enjoyed the sauna and a good massage but the gym need small improvement. The pool and beach were good with bar and food near by. Always found a spot to sit or bed to lay on. The food. Wasn't in good quality. Meat, fish or eggs, coming our of the pan, drying on the tray while floating in oil. Not fresh vegetables and fruits and I'm not sure how much time the dessert were in the fridge. The instant dishes waiting too much time and not as supposed to be fresh to the plate. Even the traditional dishes looked like prepared long time ago or for the first time.

There are a lot of sun beds and space in the pools areas. The staff is really(!!) helpful and care. The hotel facilities and the room were very clean. We got an upgraded room (compared to our reservation). We will come back again for sure. A bit far from the old town.

In general, I enjoyed my stay here in August. The beach was beautiful, the water was great, and the weather couldn’t have been better. I appreciated that almost any time of the day there was something to eat in case you missed breakfast or lunch. The pizzas at the beach restaurant were perfect, and the gyros were delicious too. They also organized activities every evening (and possibly during the day as well, though I mainly stayed at the beach and can’t say for sure about the pool area). Overall, it was a really nice experience. There were a few things I didn’t enjoy as much. I wasn’t happy with the glasses used for drinks - a couple of times they didn’t feel very clean and were old cups probably used for several years, so I would recommend replacing them with new ones or considering a better reusable option. Very limited non-alcoholic options. The number of sunbeds at the beach were limited, and you had to go quite early to get one. Since I prefer swimming in the sea over the pool, this was disappointing. The sunbeds themselves were also uncomfortable, and at one point my hand even got stuck while adjusting one, which left my thumb sore for weeks. I would really suggest investing in more comfortable options. It also would have been nice to have free drinking water available in refrigerators around the pool and hotel area, rather than only at the bar or restaurant. In general, the cleanliness could have been better. Lastly, the coffee was unfortunately not good at all - I really missed having a proper coffee during my vacation, and there wasn’t any alternative nearby.

Great staff, great food Room size

There is a main building, and a second building where the kids pool are. My room was at The second building, which is more like a hostel then hotel. Total lack of style, looks like not fully finished. But it’s also a rather cheap price so it’s ok.

Fantastic staff who were really kind and helpful, the location is great as it is situated only 35 mins away from Rhodes city and Lindos. The beach was also nice. Food was good quality for the price. The gym is only available between 10 AM and 6 PM, and it is not very well equipped. Unfortunately, the tennis court does not have sufficient area behind the base line therefore it is not good for serious playing. The staff, however, arranged for us to play on the court of one of the neighboring hotels.

The staff was super kind and attended to all our needs. They went the extra mile whenever we needed any help, assistance, or a request. The beds are very comfy and the bathrooms were clean. The rooms were cleaned and the towels replaced each day. The food was good for the price point of the hotel. The location was great, it is only 35 mins from Lindos and Rhodes city. Only a couple of minor things: The tennis court is too short to play on it, the gym opens only at 10:00 AM and it only has very basic equipment. A yoga mattress and some more dumbbells above 15 kg (e.g. up to 25 kg) would make a huge difference already.

A la carte meal, gym hours start too late

The hotel is beautiful and well-designed. Both rooms we stayed in were spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor areas looked very pleasant. The food was tasty with a fairly good variety. We also appreciated discovering the kids’ pool with water slides and a playground across the street — a great facility for families. Nice beach and pools. Also there is a live concert and kids show every evening. There were several issues during our stay. First, we were given a better room for the first night and told we’d have to move to the room we originally booked the next day. That was fine, but the first room had a smell of mold and dampness due to poor ventilation — the door and window opened directly to the outside, and the bathroom at the back didn’t air out properly. Everything, including towels and toothbrushes, stayed damp. There was also a occasional sewage smell while sitting on the terrace. The room change process was a bit stressful. Reception told us to come at 9 a.m. and then asked us to pack everything by 11 a.m., leave our luggage in the lobby, and wait until the new room was ready “as soon as possible.” We were traveling with a small child who naps at noon, so this arrangement didn’t work for us. Eventually, they allowed us to stay longer in the room, but we were made to feel like we were causing a problem. I found it stressful and a bit unprofessional. Another big issue was mosquitoes — they were a serious problem in both rooms, especially in the first one where the entrance led directly outside. Every time we opened the door, a large number of mosquitoes flew in, making it impossible to enjoy the terrace or keep the space insect-free. Lastly, no one informed us about the kids’ area across the street, even though it was clearly relevant to our stay with a child. We found out only on 3rd day of our stay by accidentally checking Booking.com photos. The bed in the second room was squeaky (but comfortable), and drinks at the bar were noticeably diluted — perhaps expected for all-inclusive, but still worth mentioning.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely location. It is very clean and there is plenty to do for the children. However, I found the attitude of the afternoon reception staff to be unhelpful. They seemed irritated and uninterested in understanding the guests' questions. Fortunately, the staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful; they did an excellent job! However, the food was disappointing; it was of poor quality, lacking flavor and variety. the attitude of the afternoon reception staff to be unhelpful. And the food.

Location, beach access, beach and snack bars, restaurant, drinks and food, pool area, sunbeds were available most of the time. We were pleased to receive a room upgrade with a sea view. Room cleaners couls pay more attention to actually cleaning the rooms not only changing the towels and bed sheets. Our room in particular had issues with mold, one of the walls near the bed was wet and caused unpleasant smell. Evening/night activities, it was more focused on children activities rather than the adults. Evenings were too quiet from activities perspective. Advice - the beach bar could be taken advantage of. In the evenings the place were completely silent - there is a high potential for live music or djs night at least on Fridays or Saturdays, quizzes or movie nights in the amphitheater - a lot of poeole would appreciate such gatherings. We were really surprised that no one streamed Eurovision during our stay.

Very nice and friendly staff, food and drink quality was quite ok. The quality of the rooms are not great, it was humid, dirty, the water was leaking through the wall. Very small shower, the cleaning of the room was not great, all left dusty.

  • Engine customer May 2025

Overall the room was spacious, we had access to the beach. The food was exceptional, especially the pizza. The room was damp and cold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful where there was staff. The restaurant staff in particular were absolutely spot on. The general staff around reception were clueless, and had no idea what was going around the rest of the hotel. The weather wasn't particularly great but there was no attempt by the hotel staff or animation team to entertain the kids or provide anything to appease the boredom on everyone. No care taken in the hotel, the floors were swamped with rain making the floors really dangerous and no attempt to clear the water, just like our balcony, the water was there for three days. The one day we did have sun we stayed by the kids pool with the slides, i had to go to reception and ask them to open the bar there as it was closed for hours.
