Food and drinks were very good and abundant. Our room had a private pool thanks to the free upgrade. Nothing

The cleanliness of the room and the early towel exchange in the mornings. The all inclusive buffet was same, same. I’m vegetarian and I struggled to find something different most days. It was very mundane and flies were always on the cakes

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was a good variety of food and drinks. I really enjoyed.

Clean, friendly staff, good food and pool area. Playground for kids, electric vehicles and bikes for kids. Food and drinks are always available. Near the most beautiful Beach of Tsambika. Rooms are a bit noisy because of the animatory at the evening. But music always off at 23h. So it's not that bad :)

-Cleaning stuff was very friendly. -Food was ok. -Tennis court and equipments were worn out. Though we got new balls when mentioned about this. Also ping pong rockets were old and pool tables didn't work. -Our swim up-room was facing to the north, so the sun didn't shine there and we had to go to the mainpool, which was crowded. -I was expecting more for a five star hotel, that's why grade 7.

Everything was clean, room was very spacious with a nice balcony.. My balcony has a tree blocking the view..

The pool. EVERYTHING. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE AMOUNT OF POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE. ITS DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL NEVER MIND 5 STAR. FOOD WAS COLD AND CANTEEN LIKE.STAFF BAR GUSTAVA AND THE LADY ON RECEPTION WERE RUDE AND DEFINITELY NOT FRIENDLY. ALCOHOL WAS CHEAP RUBBISH . NO FRESH JUICE ALL CHEAP DILUTE . ROOMS WERE SMALL AND NO SHAMPOOS CONDITIONERS ECT. 1 ENGLISH CHANNEL ON TV. KOLYOMBIA AS AN AREA IS DEAD REALLY QUIET. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RETURN. One plus there wasnt many brits there. Mainly german and other Europeans.

Food was nice, small gaps between meals and plenty to choise from. Afternoon fresh pizza was the best. Wanted and payed for room with garden view, got room poolside (lot of noise), beds were awfull (lumpy and hard).

The staff was very friendly, very helpful. The food i loved. A lot of variations. I loved everything Nothing not to like

Everywhere was clean and well looked after

The gyros was delicious, the day time entertainment was good and the massage was amazing. Good location near the Main Street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants The bathroom was very dated, food was not good at all apart from the gyros and pizza, drinks choice was not good, evening entertainment was severely lacking. If I had booked a 3 star and paid the equivalent price I would have been happy but I paid for a 5 star and expect some luxury which sadly was missing.

It was absolutely immaculate. The cleaners and all the staff take so much pride in keeping the resort, food areas, and gardens clean and tidy. The food was really good! You were able to choose from the buffet breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or there was a Grill Bar that served Gyros or an on-site pizzeria. We had a room with a shared pool, and even though the outside was very nice and modern, the interior could do with an update. As a personal preference, the mattress was really hard.

Great food, lovely pool,very nice rooms. Place was spotless. Day time water Zumba great fun. Night entertainment poor, the entertainer was more interested in drinking.

Very nice pools with plenty of space and good water temperature. The location was also good very close to the main street in Kolympia. Bathroom a bit old style

Large swimming pool and enought sunbeds. Location Cleaning The air conditioning barely worked. The rooms are poor for 5 stars. The food is edible, but its cannot be said to be tasty. Evening entertainment was medicre. Overal, I don't understand why this hotel has 5 stars. For me max 3.

Exceptional

Loved the swim up pool. Excellent food. Too squashed around main pool, inside bar not open. Evening entertainment very poor for adults. Pool bar not pleasant to sit at in the evening.
