Great atmosphere, spacious rooms, great ac,, a green and nice resort. Few restaurants available inside. The meditarenian restaurant is less good, the Italian is great.

I didn't like the separation you make for the German children separately. It doesn't look good at all. They're all children. Germans, Russians, Japanese, Israelis. This separation looks very bad.

Obviously, it's a fairly large resort with everything sorted out. Food was very good and plentiful thorough the whole day. Drinks were average but you certainly won't die of thirst either. Free minibar. In October, pools were bit on a colder side - sea was probably warmer but that's not a problem for anyone above 6 years old. Water slides were cool and us adults enjoyed them probably more than our little kids. - WiFi stopped working during the day, I suspect they had router in a room and worked only when somebody was in the room. I don't want to be wrong but they advertise WiFi mostly in "public areas". - Our room didn't have hot water and it took them two days to fix it.

Delivered exactly what it promised! Nice room (we were in the most recently renovated block), loads of kids fun, and all meals and "drinks" included. Staff are incredible. Everyone was friendly, helpful and engaging. there are loads of pools around the resort, so for us at least it was never a battle to get a deck chair. The water is on the cool side, but certainly not overly so. It was quite hot when we stayed, so the pools were heavily used by young and old The beach is super close, and the water is gorgeous. given the abundance of pools, there were relatively few folks on the beach, which meant you can get your pick of deck chairs. The included drinks are uniformly horrible. Poor quality across the board. The wine in particular is laughably bad, and the rest of the alternatives are only marginally better (though still garbage). If you plan to smash cocktails by the pool all day, well... You may be disappointed :) The food was OK. Loads of options, loads of fresh veg and fruit during the meals too. I can only recommend that the resort add some healthier snack options in between meals (beyond crepes, ice cream and popcorn)

The water park had really fun slides. Also the pink WAVE animation team was AMAZING, really friendly and fun. Kids club and teenage club also activities for parents. There's 5 swiming pools very clean, delicious food, good selection of drinks. We didn't even go to explore Rhodes because the resort was so good. Every evening there was a show (performers, comedy, dance...) Perfect holidays, Can't wait till next summer definetly will come back here by any means necessary. Love Greece ❤️ Nothing

The staff is attentive and very friendly. The resort is well run and beautiful. The location is easy to reach and perfectly located for exploring many different beaches and towns. There is free and available parking on site. They have a nice selection of pools which are not overfilled due to having so many. Our room (family with sliding door) was nice and spacious, moreso than the one bedroom we had last year. A lot of natural light which was nice and plenty of storage. The food is mediocre. Last year we had more variety and were pretty tired of eating it after just a few days. The water park was a big disappointment this year as the lazy river was still and not moving which basically made it a pool. Our daughter loved it last year and this year went in one time and was bored with it. The lifeguards were absolutely terrible this year and literally sat and looked only at their phones while on duty. It made us feel unsafe using the slides as people were not clearing the landing pool. We alerted the front desk but nothing changed and so we simply didn't use the water park the entire week. This was a reason we paid so much for this hotel and that is a big reason we wont return. The room we stayed in was a bit of a nightmare due to absolutely no soundproofing and hard beds. I had a back ache after two days and basically didn't get one single full night of rest due to the noise coming from neighboring rooms. Due to the late night entertainment people return to rooms past midnight and you can hear all the beds and chairs being dragged across the floor for an hour each morning and night with so many children in each room. The room cleaning starts by 8 am, doors are slamming till midnight and starting at 7 am. Therefore I got a maximum of 6-7 hours of sleep a night. This is the main reason we will not return to this resort. The hotel is a nice family resort if you want to party. It is very loud with music coming from all different directions. The music at the night time entertainment is almost unbearable to listen to due to how loud it is unfortunately otherwise we like watching the shows. There are also a LOT of people smoking and using e- cigarettes at the night time entertainment and even next to all the pools and even the baby pool although the resort is supposed to be smoke free.

Good value, great location, nice pool areas, lovely beach, food good Needs more indoor / under cover bar areas - for cooler evenings / shade. Main restaurant v busy at times - would benefit from somebody seating people, otherwise is a bit of a free-for-all!

Great service , nice water park , food varied and tasty. Good animation team with lots of activities. Room was not entirely clean when we checked in . Gym is run down , no drinking water,no towels and machines are broken .

A lot of space, great and rich food

It's a nice place for kids. Many pools and the water slides. Gardens are well maintained. Staff really nice and mostly helpful. Food is not more than very basic and is good only for kids despite the large variety. Allegedly you have many types of alcohol, but none is original. Jin and tonic for example is poured from a bottle named "Jin and tonic" and mixed with soda water.. coffee is a disaster. They call it espresso but it is like lousy drip coffee. Rooms are rather old and basic. No amenities supplied. I would expect more for what we paid.

Animation team were amazing, great with kids and getting everybody involved! They never stopped. Best we've seen anywhere!!

The hotel staff gave excellent service, always with a smile and answered all our requests. My little daughter suffers from an allergy to sesame. We talked to the kitchen team headed by Yanis who made sure to explain to us exactly about the foods served and what's more, he also specially prepared sesame-free food for the girl. The Kamin family thanks the hotel staff for their exceptional treatment, they are very much appreciated.
