Some parts of the resort needs a maintenance or changes like sunbeds in the beach, beach volleyball area which had many rocks and stones.

Excellent food both quality and variety. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff Too few loungers and umbrella’s on beach, however the hotel were fantastic at helping out. We enjoyed 3 wonderful days on the beach rather than pool side

Nice hotelroom, good communication before travel Sunchair hunt every day as no-one cares about their rules, not even the hotel themselves Poolwith lot’s of sand. Restaurant nice but meals not 5*. Challenging to find any information what is happening when or what trips / activities there are

The location The breakfast The gyros was perfect The beach The tennis court The dinner was not good The towels were old No free bottles of water You need to pay for fresh orange juice and to pay for the electricity in the tennis court

It is a typical resort hotel. Food is OK, but don’t expect a fine culinary experince. Although the staff at the restaurant is nice and helpful, sometimes it takes some time to get drinks, as it is a busy place.

The hotel staff is super friendly and caring, they did their best to provide the best service. The hotel has a great location, separate beach access, beautiful garden and comfortable facilities to enjoy the stay.

The use of the e-scooters outside the hotel meant that we could go and explore the small town of Afantou. We were told on arrival that we would need to move rooms after the first night but reason given was unclear. We asked if we could stay where we were but was told this wasnt an option. This was at an inconvenience to us meaning that we were unable to unpack our cases for another 24 hours. We had been travelling for 8 days at this point and just wanted to unpack and relax but was unable to do so. We also had a very noisy clicking sound coming from our Air conditioning unit in our second room meaning that we were unable to sleep and was eventually fixed by my husband!! The All Inclusive doesn’t include freshly squeezed orange juice (you have to pay extra for this despite the fact what there are oranges everywhere to eat) Pool and Air hockey you also have to pay for If you want a cocktail you have to pay extra for the cocktail of the day for some reason even though all the alcohol and ingredients were available. The “nice, comfortable sunbeds” around the quieter pool are a premium and have to be reserved early but apparently you’re not allowed to put a towel on a bed as there are signs saying you can’t do this as the towels will be removed even though everyone did so. The other sunbeds by the main pool were so uncomfortable that we were unable to sit/lie on them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and in a great location by the beach. There isn’t a lot to do in the surrounding area but not an issue if you hire a car/bike.

Resort was lovely and had all the amenities, I especially liked the chill out pool as it was closer to the sea and you got a stronger breeze and it had comfier sun beds! The spa was great too and had special offers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a 10 min walk to the local town which had shops and bars. Perfect location to view the island No full length mirror in the rooms which was expected in a 5star hotel. The beach was stony when getting into the sea.

Staff friendly, great Gyros! No a la carte, limited food selection in buffet, poor entertainment, no bottles of water given in room for all inclusive, no drinks in fridge, room basic.

We had a very good stay here, the staff is sooooo friendly, everybodyfrom the cleaning ladies to the reception and especially the staff in the restaurant! The food was excellent, good variety and everyday also greek specialities… Thanks to Thea , Anastasia and the maitre , they Made us feel so welcome. The hotel, was also very very clean everywhere. A bit sad was that they have a la carte restaurant, but this was only open for 1 day a week…the beds are not super comfortable, if you are looking for a lot of animation, this is not the right hotel, but for us this was perfect. If you want bars or shops, then you need to take a taxi to the nearest centre.

Cleanliness and service were at the level. The food was tasty, but nothing wow. The pool area was ok. Internet in the room was very good, but we lived in the main building - it was not so good elsewhere. Although the first impression was a maximum of 7 points, after spending a week there the overall impression improved. Also, the hotel was completely full, but there was no fight for sunbeds. I definitely recommend visiting the nearby Agathi Beach. (30 min. trip with car) Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4 star. Breakfast could have been more varied. Same thing every day. Thorns and other natural debris in the beach area that sting the legs. Activities should be improved. For example, the children's disco was a joke. The towel change starts only at 10:00 and only in the main building, which is far from the sea and the pools (it's not logical)

    Exceptional

I had a nice and relaxing four night stay here over the weekend, and definitely enjoyed it overall, although not everything was perfect (see below). Staff is definitely 5 stars. Always available, welcoming and helpful. I asked for laundry service, and they managed to do this within hours. Special thanks to Dimitry! My room was a real highlight, spacious (can fit a family), also the bathroom. Wonderful comfy beds. The beach was perfect for me. The hotel is one of three neighboring resorts/hotels, left and right nothing for a kilometer or more. It is easy to get in and out of the water (despite the stones and pebbles), as it gets deep fast past the shoreline. Then it is like a giant bathtub. You can also rent a SUP board or do windsurfing if you get bored. The next town is not far away, about 15-20 minutes walking, or you take the bus, which comes along frequently. This is more a four star hotel, don't expect too much. But, if you get a good rate, I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Unless you do not like cats ;) They roam around the property and also visit the restaurant for dinner, but are always non-obtrusive and polite. Not everyone of the service personnel speaks English (or German) well, which caused at times misunderstandings. WiFi coverage or availability was terrible on my balcony and also barely working in some other remote areas like at the beach. No room cleaning on Sundays (but you get fresh towels). The bathtub is rather small and has a simple/cheap shower head, I was a bit disappointed. My toilet flush broke and the bathtub flush also did not work properly, but this was immediately fixed on my request. The pool/beach area showers are cloaked by an anti-memetic effect, but you might find one if you DO NOT look for it. Fish at dinner was mostly disappointing: either already cold, or not well cooked. I considered to rent one of the bicycles which are parked outside the hotel, but they seemed to me not in good shape.

    Superb

  • Engine customer Sep 2023

The location of the resort is great, with private access to the beach. Very good for families with kids. There was plenty of variety of food in every main meals, however I was expecting better quality of ingredients. It would also be very good to have a playground with more equipment.

•It's a complex resort. You will find everything that you want on your vacation •Breakfast It's amazing. •You can have your favorite cocktail at the beach bar •Room was really clean • beautiful sunrise • The beach is tidy and nice • I could hear everything word from the neighbor room, and it was really disturbing. •Receptionist wasn't well informed about activities- so I had to google it by myself • Was a whole ride to get some beach towels - because of communication problems with the reception

  • Engine customer Sep 2023

Nice big room The employees are nice Beautiful view from the restaurant Clean pools A cute hotel does not match the rating on Booking There are not enough areas adapted to children, not suitable for families with small children looking to spend time only in the hotel. Suitable for those who also want to travel in Rhodes
