Close to Koriyama Station, easy access to buses and taxis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Washer/dryer access is a plus.

Conveniently located across from the Koriyama Station. 7/11 is located on the first floor and great restaurant serving beef tongue on the 2nd floor. The front desk staff were always smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the self-service laundry facilities on 9th floor.

The washroom is big. There is a bath tub, a separate shower area . The condition of the washroom is clean and well maintained. It's location is also great, just across the street from Koriyama Station. Nothing in particular.

Great location, clean & comfortable. Trouble finding the front desk which was on the 4th floor. Maybe better signs to direct you to the right elevator to get to the front desk.

The cleanliness of the reception lobby was excellent. Amenities were well stocked and Staffs were all friendly and attentive. The room itself was well maintained. Mattress was not sinked in too - which is a plus! The bathroom though. That was a favorite area in the room! So spacious and clean!!

Eccellent location, 7-11 downstairs. No teaspoons - would be extremely useful. The 3-days room cleaning deadline was stressful - I understand the policy, but I did not understand why I have to call the reception for routine cleaning so I do not get the "slip" under the door in the evening. There has to be a less complicated way to do this.

Location was excellent, right across from the Koriyama Station. Breakfast buffet was very good. The automative check-in made everything a bit impersonal.

Staff very helpful. My luggage delivery was returned due to careless error of a famous ryokan I stayed earlier. The staff was patient and contacted Yamato to rearrange the delivery before my departure. They also called my next hotel to ensure the luggage delivery will be smooth. Very professional, felt welcomed, good location, highly recommended. The breakfast can be better.

Right across the street of the main train station, so the location is great. Otherwise this is a typical Japanese business hotel with small rooms but most needed amenities provided.

I love the property. Convenience at its best. Located right next to the Shinkansen and many stores, this hotel is CONVENIENT. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and very clean. New updated bathrooms and very kind staff. They were very helpful. I would recommend to anyone going to Koriyama to stay here. N/A
