Nice hotel convenient to the train station. The breakfast was great - definitely recommend the curry - and the bath was nice. Room size was pretty good for the cost. There are some late night bars in the neighborhood, so there was a bit of outside noise in the evening. It wasn't enough to keep me awake, but it may be inconvenient for very light sleepers.

With the way the clothes hangers are screwed into the wall, you can hear the clang of your neighbor through the wall, so I had to be mindful not to do the same. However, the large desk is in the way so it can't be screwed on the wall towards the hallway. Windows don't seal that well so you may hear people from outside because it's around a lot of bars and restaurants for night life. The windows also open all the way out, so be careful. Further more, in winter the very dry cold air leaks in which gets even drier when you run the heater. There was no humidifier in the room by default and I never got around to asking if one was available. I can see the bar and restaurant vibes may feel sketchy to a solo female traveler. The elevators are on the side furthest from a main street. It's near the parking lot. You have to go through the alley ways first.

good location but due to horribly poor quality of windows, cold and street noise enters 24/7, not to mention the poor quality of the room doors, enjoy the neighbor's conversations at all hours.... the interior design is nice, but execution by cheap labor and cheap components make it a mediocre people storage facility. the word "global" in their name is a joke, when they can't speak a second language, can't process foreign credit cards and blame the client for their shortcomings. they rudely denied me what looked like a good breakfast claiming that my reservation via booking.com did not included it. But here's the scoop. They declined my booking.com reservation and were unable to process eithe rof my 2 well-travelled VISA cards, demanded cash for a NEW reservation that INCLUDED breakfast and when I present myself the next early morning displayed the most RUDE behavior I have experienced anywhere in Japan.
