Kos Bay Hotel

Nothing Honestly, everything about this hotel was terrible. I have stayed in cheap hotels before, but I have never experienced anything this bad. There were dozens of strange insects on the walls that I had never seen before. It was obvious that they hadn’t even bothered to clean them up before our arrival. The chairs on the balcony were covered in dust and dirt, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for at least a year. The shower leaked so badly that water flooded the entire room every time we used it, leaving the floor soaked and muddy. On top of that, there seemed to be a problem with the drainage system because the whole room constantly smelled like sewage. Breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m., and if you tried to take something at 10:01, the staff would remove everything right in front of you while looking you in the eye. It felt as if, given the chance, they would have taken the food out of our hands. Because we no longer wanted to stay there, we decided to check out one day earlier.

It was clean and very near the Marina, had a nice view They did not have even “ Fetacheese ” in the breakfast…it was too light…no fruit… ?

Only location The breakfast is bad not much options too generic no fruits only boiled eggs bread feta yorgut olives random cake. The shower ir horrible and too small u can’t put it on top you need to hold all the time. All the curtains falling all the time, the staff is horrible don’t help you with nothing and it’s always in na bad mood if you are luck you gonna see then at the desk because they always disappear. I tried to buy water at night everything was closed and i was feeling very bad dehydrated and the only person at the desk said he don’t have the fridge key so i had to walk 15m to a bar 3am. The room service go there against your will and you don’t have option of “don’t disturb”. Location is the only good thing. If u are looking for budget place it’s ok at least is clean but be 100% sure that your ? won’t be flushed. So the toilet also doesn’t flush.

I liked the location, which was a crosswalk away from the marina. The cleaning staff were the only hotel workers who smiled. The shower rod was missing a rubber seal, and water leaked everywhere during every shower. The wi-fi (internet) was unusable, so I had to use my data package. The noise from everywhere was a lot. When you open the window, what you get is the air pollution from the main road. There were quite a few ants in the bed and on the floor. The reception staff were only available when they wanted to; people were waiting to check in or out. The breakfast was too simple and mediocre. In summary, it's too expensive for what it offers.

When I arrived I saw small hairs in the bed also on the toilet seat. And the blankets inside the cabinet don't smell nice I'm not sure if it is regularly washed since it's thick and big. I didn't use it. You can also hear the noise from outside especially in the next room but overall it's a good place to stay for one of the cheapest hotel you can get in Kos town

Not friendly working person in hotel not clean room very bad sheets they don't have hair dryer they don't have coffee machine and web side said 8 minutes to port they laying 25 minutes walking to port don't go this hotel.

I did not expect too much from 2 star hotel and I was satisfied what I got There have been some items which can be improved without too much effort. Like shower hose which was broken

I didn’t like anything about the property. I knew that it would be average but I was shocked to discover that in actual fact it was a dive!

Breakfast was good. Staff were never around. Our bathroom kept flooding and it took them 3 days to send plumber before we changed rooms!!! One reception staff was miserable as could be. Unhelpful....watched us struggle up the stairs with our case.

The location is far from port we come by ferry from Bodrum then we walk 30 min around with our bags. I only eat cake in breakfast the other foods are not good for me

Location was good.The breakfast was not very good but for the price was ok. When we arrived there was a puddle in the bathroom as the sink was leaking. I reported this to the manager and he had inspected,got a plumber to fix it and had a cleaner in within 30 minutes; very good service. The shower was a bit of a nightmare:it was difficult to control the temperature, shower head was always flopping and sending water everywhere, and the shower curtain stuck to you and was difficult to peel off. The staff were not too cheery but it was the last few weeks of the season.

Nice simple hotel at very good location and access to city center also bus station, renting bicycles open many more possibilities. Hotel very siplme also breakfast, but very well served the purpose.

Bad

Good location. The maid (who also took care of breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff, especially the reception, administration and the management is a disaster - completely unresponsive, unfriendly, they don't answer messages, it's impossible to get hold of them, nobody knows anything about anything. We agreed that they would send me an invoice, even the manager promised that I would get it (due to the price difference), but of course there was none. It is impossible to call anyone and arrange anything. One morning we were without coffee for an hour because the key to the machine has a receiver that was nowhere to be found. People couldn't check out of the hotel, just like that, one gentleman was left without a taxi. I missed some fruits and vegetables at breakfast.

The location is close to the car ferry docks. The whole building is quite old. I had to fix the the toilet flush each time we used the toilet because it would not flush! The breakfast was quite bad, even the feta cheese!
