Palm Beach Hotel - Adults only

Usually hotel rooms have bottles of water, only one per guest, but it's okay. They gave me one at the breakfast.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean property

I really liked this hotel. The location was great - it’s just outside of Kos town and it’s about a 20 minute walk. Kos town is busy and very touristy so it was nice not to be in the middle of it. There are really nice traditional Greek restaurants located by the hotel before that we really liked and they’re definitely worth going to instead of the tourist restaurants in Kos town. There are bikes and scooters (Hopp app) too if you don’t want to walk all the way there. I really liked the room - the bed was huge and it was really comfortable. I also liked the pool area - it’s really nice and it’s fairly big. Some days there weren’t enough sun loungers for everyone but I don’t fault the hotel for this - it seems they have tried to provide as many as possible for guests. Breakfast was only okay. I expected there to be fresh fruit, and for the hot food items to actually be hot. I did expect the bathrooms to be a bit more updated in the rooms too but the room itself does make up for this. I would definitely still recommend to stay here.

Nice room and pool. Staff were very helpful. Maids came around at 8:30 to tidy the room every day, it would be good to have a do not disturb tag for the door. The breakfast wasn’t very good

The hotel was really helpful with needs, such as organizing transportation and renting a bike. I felt lucky to have booked a hotel where I felt surrounded not only by the incredible beauty of Kos, but also by human kindness. Proximity to the beach and to restaurants was convenient.

Nice room and very clean lovely hotel grounds friendly bar staff walkable to kos town Nice beach bars nearby Breakfast was not good there was plenty of choice but the food was of a poor quality no fresh juice available just very sweet drinks tea and coffee also of a poor standard A/c in room did not work to well and flooded the floor and soaked the dressing table one night I had to put bin on dressing table to catch water for the rest of my stay. It seems this is a common problem the management not interested in items damaged by water. Evening entertainment again quite poor Bars nearby offer much better entertainment

Relaxing hotel and super accommodating N/A

Just the friendly staff that’s it. Food was okay too. It’s very disappointing for a hotel. It’s Mediocre I would find somewhere else to stay before staying here. The toilets need a renovation it’s dirty and really old. Hotel WiFi is extremely slow to the point of just not bothering to use it. AC is no existent it’s there but doesn’t work properly. One has to literally stand under the AC to get a bit of cool. For a hotel reception area not to have AC is beyond me. One will have to roast in the heat Waiting for a taxi or friend in the reception/waiting area. I’d advise tourists to look elsewhere before looking at Palm Beach Hotel.

The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious with lovely balconies. But the main highlight of this hotel is the staff ! They are all amazing. Gratzi on the bar is one of a kind! She made our holiday within days we felt like we had been there for months in the best way ! We will be back for sure

Amazing experience. Really a wonderful Hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is pratically on the beach and it is into a marvellous garden. The breakfast is very good. You can rent bikes and cars directly in hotel. Near the hotel there are 2 supermarkets. The location is fantastic because with the bikes you can arrive everywhere. I strongly recommend the PALM BEACH HOTEL.

Exceptional

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The main desk was staffed from early until late. The room itself was small but comfortable, and the air conditioning was thankfully very good! The place is well-kept and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The plants growing throughout the place are incredible. My partner and I loved the huge Cheese Plant especially! The breakfast and dinner were plain but there are plenty of options for eating away at restaurants and bars along the seafront and in the town nearby.
