Room is very old,air-condition doesn't work than they give as another room with little better airco

It a little far out off town

Parking was easy. Good price . Too much noise coming to the room. Bed was incomfortable, they gave us two twin beds one night I fell between the beds. Also when we asked for extra towels they said they don’t provide extra towels but they gave it for one time. It’s not close to Kos so we had to rent car. Breakfast was so poor. We didn’t enjoy it at all.

This is a great hotel for a stay near Kos Town but without being right in the chaos of the town centre. The hotel is near a few lovely beaches, restaurants, and cafes, as well as with easy access to some reasonably priced convenient stores and bike rentals (shoutout to Moto David down the street, these folks are excellent). The staff at the hotel are also incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel are also gorgeous and it is lovely to sit outside and admire the view, which is nice from all angles. The hotel is a bit noisy and it was very hard to get a good night's sleep. You can hear most everything going on in the hall and the neighbouring rooms because the walls are very thin and, since Kos is such a lively party/family place, this means lots of shouting teenagers coming home at 4am, children crying, sniffling and coughing, couples fighting... the whole lot. You can really hear a slice of life through the walls if that's your thing! On top of this, the cleaning staff come around 8:30 or 9 (so early!!) every morning and there is no way to ask them to not clean your room or to indicate a "do not disturb," despite asking. I had a really hard time sleeping here with the constant noises at night and wasn't able to have a lie in all week because I kept having to get up to answer the door for the cleaning staff and to let them in. They are lovely people, but I wish I had been able to request a day without a visit or something like that.

The location of this property was perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The rooms were cleaned daily, clean bed linen and towels every 3 days. Pool bar serving good food and the pool area was immaculate

Lovely pool, friendly staff, clean and near enough to to town for us Limited breakfast choice and always the same. 30 min walk to town which is not great for everyone. Greek night disappointing and a waste of money

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good, and I had one lunch in the restaurant, which was also enjoyable. The pool was clean, though I only sat on the bench nearby. The staff were very helpful; when I needed to extend my stay by one night, they arranged for me to remain in the same room. While the location was good for couples or families, I would have preferred somewhere closer to the city center or a busier area, as I was a solo traveller and found it slightly challenging to return to the hotel after sunset. There was a quiet, somewhat dark pathway for about eight minutes from the busy area to the hotel.

lovely hotel, large rooms, beautiful flowers and swimming pool. Staff were really helpful and felt a nice safe hotel, with 24hr reception. The rooms were really quiet and peaceful. Loved our balcony, was great to sit and rest in the sun. The Day trip around Kos island was brilliant, the Guide was so informative he made the island alive, highly recommend, as well as the 30 minute boat ride to Bodrum in Turkey. The breakfast was good but they could have had more fresh fruit and maybe some croissants, but the loafs were really good. Reception should give a map of Kos and explain about the buses, that the blue pole across the main street is the bus stop! How the number 5 goes to the Thermal springs etc.

Nice and quiet. Good location for shops and beaches The keycards took 10 attempts to unlock the door and to turn the electric on. 2 single beds pushed together and the breakfast was very basic

Great location and helpful staff. There are supermarkets in the street and very close restaurants and beach clubs. They have a locker for your luggage in case you have to wait for the check in/check out, and toilet facilities, which is very helpful. They have booking taxi service. The room was very clean and cleaned everyday. The pressure of the shower is really bad and there was a power outage every morning, for short time but inconvenient.

Lovely staff, very friendly! Very clean apartment, very attentive! Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds and pool bar serving a variety of food and drink that we loved.
