Alexandra Hotel

Perfect location, rooms were clean and big enough, breakfast was good Given that the hotel is not a new property, the bathrooms need renovation. The flush in the toilet was not working properly, the shower drain got clogged each time.

Special thanks to all staff, they were very polite and nice.

Location Nothing special

The Location was very central, everything is basically within walking distance, cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops and so on. The breakfast was decent not amazing but it was standard. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our room and they ended up helping us by switching rooms to a higher floor which was much better as we got a beautiful view of the marina. When you close the balcony doors, there is almost no sound from the outside. There was a lot of noise inside the hotel, from other rooms and the elevator door opening and closing. This is more about the other guests decency and respect, not necessarily a hotel thing, but the isolation inside was weak. In our first room, there was nothing to hold up the shower head which made it very difficult to take a shower.

Breakfast was a bit weak. Do not expect too much. Rooms need sound insulation. If you are very sensitive you might not sleep because there are some bars near and they are playing music until 02:00.

We had an exceptional stay. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were all excellent and impeccably clean. While the breakfast was delicious and the location was superb, the highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A truly perfect choice for anyone visiting the island. Nothing

Quick check in, comfy bed, great location and friendly breakfast staff. Breakfast was very low quality.

We had another fantastic stay at this hotel been coming for years,we got a lovely room,thank you, the hotel staff, reception, cleaning, breakfast staff, are all wonderful thank you so much again for a lovely visit,and we will see you all next year Nothing

there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom

Too nice workers. It’s so close the city. Whatever you look they are all around. So clean. Old facilities. Bathroom is old but also was different than what was on the photo. On the photo it was bigger and contained bathtub but in reality smaller and no bathtub. Pool is so narrow and looks so useless to be honest. Breakfast was clean and waiters were so nice but not so satisfying by food.

Location is perfect, we stayed at family room and size was enough for us. The view was spectacular. Breakfast was good. The variety of the food was good. Room was clean. Hotel room and bathroom should be renovated. There was nothing in the fridge-no water!

Always the same good standard, very true to what is promissed.

The location as always were perfect. The newly refurbished delux studio rooms with view are the best. The bathrooms have to be refurbished too. The staff never speaks, never smiles.

The floors felt dusty when walking with bare feet.
