Excellent service and hospitality Everything was great.

Great location, big room, good breakfast, kind and helpful staff - especially the receptionists! ? Bathroom was a bit tight but tub was nice

Its location is Wounderful, right by the sea. Staff helpful, friendly and professional.The held our luggage after we checked out so that we can grab lunch before we leave Kos. Old and stained carpet.

As always, it was a perfect experience. Everything described is exactly as it appears upon arrival. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent. On top of that, they allowed us to check in early because we had a baby. And after check out, they allow to leave the luggage there till the ferry departure. As a result, it's a hotel we choose every time we visit. Thank you, Astron Hotel & The Staff! I didn't see anything negative about the hotel. The building is a bit old, and there were no disposable slippers. But I can't really consider these a negative thing.

Exceptional

It was our first time in Kos. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming,advising us of the best places to go on the island. The location simply couldn't be better. After a varied breakfast we would walk out of the hotel straight onto the charming harbour. The balcony overlooking the harbour was lovely, watching the boats and people come and go. The pool was a bonus and was a good size. We loved our stay and would return.

Location, kind staff

Nice location, close to the beach, the harbor and the restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms. Light walls, especially old wooden room doors, that even a whisper can be heard behind them. We booked the room with the option to pay at the facility, yet my credit card was charged before we arrived.

For business and pleasure I am in and out of hotels all the time - I have never had this kind of service. Not only were we kindly allowed to check in at morning arrival by ferry from Turkey, we were given free breakfast that morning, after spending the night on turkish side. Amazing, susch a worm hospitality and especially apreciated by our a bit tired daughter. Thank you so much - apart from that our stay was perfect, room with harbour view (upgraded free of charge) simply stunning.

The staff, the breakfast and the outlook were all extremely good Only one minor quarm, the pool was very cold, it is sheltered from the sun most of the day and doesn't seem to be heated in any way. But this is only a minor, the rest of the facilities were first class

The location of the hotel is awesome, the front desk officer was so helpful, also the view of the room was awesome, they also serve breakfast which is quite good, I highly recommend this hotel

Always welcoming staff team, easy access to rooms via lift, would balcony room overlooking harbour. Well located for town and boats. Hotel has a good swimming pool. Good simple breakfasts, easy access to town Decor getting a bit tired.
