Bathroom. The sink was outside the bathroom, which may be the last word to write here. But also, although the sink was outside, the bathroom was not spacey enough.

Large room, very friendly staff. Large breakfast! Location was good.

Location & cleaning of the room was good. The outside of the hotel is good looking but inside is old. The sink is in the middle of the room, bathroom is so small, when you have a shower, the water is all over the bathroom the floor is flat. There is no mini bar, they only gave 1 bottle of water just 1st day of our stay in 3 nights.

Excellent hospitality and great location We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property is very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, embodying true hospitality. They went above and beyond to help us with a difficult matter. When I offered a tip to show my appreciation, they were genuinely humbled and embarrassed, which shows how sincere their service is. As a minor note, the pool is a bit on the smaller side, and for swimming in the sea, I would personally prefer other nearby spots. However, the overall experience was fantastic. If I visit again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!"

First of all, the location was perfect. Not even once did we think to order a taxi or rent a bike. The reception staff was nice, professional, competent, helpful. The rooms were great. The pool was fun and cozy, not crowded. The cleaning wasn't done properly, twice. There was some kind of dust or trash on the bed when we arrived, and then the floors remained unpleasantly dirty even after an explicit request to focus on the floors. There was a dirty towel in the room, and no soap. At one point a cleaning lady tried to enter the room like five times in short intervals while we were there, didn't understand English. The taxi in Kos is not as well organized as something like Uber, and there is no shuttle available. But the staff warned us in advance, then ordered a taxi for us, and then did it again when the first one didn't want to wait and left. A little stressful but OK.

Location, it was clean, and house cleaning and front desk staff was nice They advertise a Gym but wasn’t available til 9am. The pool closed at 6pm so when you came back in the evening it wasn’t an option. I understand that it needs treated but that’s too early. Our junior suite had a balcony but wasn’t accessible except through the main bed room so if someone was sleeping you couldn’t use it. The only extra seat in the suit was on the balcony so once again if that room was occupied the other guests had to sit on their bed. Only one luggage holder in a room for 4 guests. Not a thoughtful room for what we paid.

Rooms were lovely with a fabulous view of the ocean. Lovely pool area behind the hotel. It is about 5mins walk to the ferry terminal and the start of the old town. The beach is literally across the road. The breakfast is a buffet style with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the front of the hotel and the beach. Would be great to have some basic items in the kitchen- wine glasses, bottle opener, plates and cutlery. We enjoyed sitting on our deck for drinks.

A wonderful room (324) to go along with very polite staff always prepared to answer questions with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh fruit, nuts, various types of cheese, types of eggs and plenty more. Very clean premises. Well situated close to many tavernas and supermarkets! We’ll definitely consider a return stay!

Comfortable bed Reception staff very helpful and courteous Very small pool with insufficient sunbeds and shady half the day without having to move your sunbeds if there was room. Cleanliness of bedrooms, the floor not cleaned daily and bed making not good. Bedroom had no shelf or cupboard space. Very cramped when taking a shower, allmost touching the shower screen!and bathroom could be cleaner. Little choice at breakfast, I've never been to a hotel with no toast avaliable!

nothing they ripped us off

Beautiful view of sea from balcony. Great location. Helpful staff at front desk and pool bar. We learned a few weeks before our arrival that the pool was closing October 31st. Disappointing, but we understood it was the end of the season. What was less understandable was that all the chaises longues were put away despite the beautiful weather. We would have been happy to stack them up again after using them, but this wasn't possible. Fortunately, there were at least regular chairs.
