Kosta Palace

I have been to a hotel twice. The first time they gave me apartment rooms. I do not recommend these rooms. But the second time I took a loft room, which is called a children's room, with three beds. A beautiful room, and the second room is on the third floor with a magnificent view of the sea. The room is stunning, clean, comfortable, romantic, and stunning.

Room needs renovation. Shower basin is not suitable for old people. Shower area is closed by a unusable curtain. Toilet flushing is frequently gets stuck. No complimentary water in the room. In our room, there was no socket for charging cell phones around beds.

Location Room decoration was poor, towels were so worn out.

Staff were very friendly There was mold in the shower and the whole room smelled like it.

Close to the harbor where we took a ferry out of the next morning. No shower curtain. Water was all over the place and floor slippery. A/C took a long time to cool down. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Great location with excellent Staff and decent clean rooms. The staff was very accommodating as well with bringing us an iron and ironing board. Also, they accommodated us by storing our luggage so that we could go on an excursion.

Bathroom

Location is the best

Location just 100 meters away after you passed passport control and customs. Luggage storage service is handy. Not all rooms are equal. We booked a sea view apartment to celebrate my wife’s birthday, arrived 9 AM to complete check in, told room will be ready 12:30 PM, came back 5 PM, assigned a first floor room with 75% of view blocked by building and big canopies. Paid $288 for 2 nights, didn’t even received an apology. Forced to change to harbor view room with no kitchen. Very noisy with traffic on the street and drunk neighbors shouting past midnight. Toilet water pressure very low, difficult to flush.

The floor in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Lots of hair around the toilet-paper trash can.

Our second time here and as usual it was great

Very close to many restaurants, close to Port, water front. Size of the room was good, Did not get breakfast. Very professional and friendly staff. N/A

The terrace and the view from the room to run the hot water needed to wait 20 minutes with running water and there were ants and small bugs in the room

Kosta Palace has a perfect location, next to the port and and walking distance to everywhere. I’m offered a sea view room since I’m a repeat guest of the property. The staff is friendly and professional.

Location was right by the water and super close to the ferry port, restaurants and the docks for boat trips out of Kos. Staff was welcoming and had good recommendations for dining/food. Room size was good for group of 3. Lighting was a bit harsh and the step into the bathroom was a tripping hazard, wish it was marked clearly, but did not impact overall stay.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to everything — the port, beach, restaurants, and city center. I highly recommend the Deluxe Panorama Rooms — the views are stunning and the comfort is great. The staff were friendly, especially the room cleaner, who greeted us with a smile and positive vibes. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise.
