This place is in a great location! Walking distance to lots of things. Breakfast was nice, the staff were all lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance from the old town and the port. Really friendly staff and the room was great. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and a small balcony. Great value and a good nights sleep. No complaint.

Stayed for one night. Overall, it covers all the basic needs — it's clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though it’s located just about a 10-minute walk from the city center. If you wanted to get some water, there was a refrigerator outside where each bottle cost €2. It would be better if the price matched what it costs in supermarkets.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of town the breakfast was very good, with outdoor and indoor dining, which was delicious! Very nice place to stay and Kos is a great town to visit! The surrounding area was residential, but pretty close to the central part of Kos

Good hotel with a very central location. Parking was easy and free on the street outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good value and a nice find!! Exceeded expectations for a two star hotel ? I would recommend getting a rental car for Kos especially in winter time (off season) since there is not much to do. Balchony was in the shade during winter time (november).

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice room. The bathroom was very small. There was no hot water on the second day and the shower flooded the bathroom floor and it took a long time to drain away .

The room was spacious and clean and had a small balcony. If you have bags, you will need to catch a cab from the ferry landing--but if you are traveling light, you can walk to the hotel in about 15 min. The hotel is a few blocks from the harbor. The breakfast was decent and fairly priced at 7 euros. It is a quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Everything you need--bike rental, car rental, shops, museum, restaurants, tour agencies--is a short walk away. There is no elevator and the room did not have a refrigerator.

The value for money and location is great. Also the staff was very helpful and the room clean. A tiny error with the shower and we had a bit noise coming in from the corridor but nothing too bad.
