The view was amazing as promised. It was super cozy and a great place to relax and enjoy the nature. The shower was not so great. It would also be nice to maybe add ways to help dry clothes.

The view is amazing Breakfast is too poor for that money, the poorest one I’ve ever seen. Bed is uncomfortable because of too soft mattress. The shower drain is clogged, and water is leaking into the room

The view was spectacular and a very nice cosy wooden house. Staff very helpful and welcoming. We liked everything but it would be even better if shampoo/conditioner and coffee/tea were provided in the room.

The view to the mountains in the balcony was amazing. The constant traffic noise in the street nearby, paper thin walls, we even heard our neighbors walking and talking in their rooms above and beside. The evenings were chilly and there was only one blanket in the double 2 persons room, so we needed to make an additional request. The host doesn’t speak English, so again, we needed to look for assistance.

The building is very close to the quite busy road and sky lift, so your experience may vary depending on the season.

The best thing was how the owners handled our complaint. First we didn't get the room we wanted, but after the first night we were able to change rooms. The owners were very nice and helpful. The house is located on the hillside and our room had an amazing view on the Tatra mountains. It was cozy and clean, we always had hot water, heating and good wifi. The photos in the Booking app are misleading because after you choose a room, you will still see photos of other rooms as if they belonged to the one you picked. Normally after you pick your room, you can only see photos of that particular room. This lead to our disappointment, since we expected a room with a full mountain view. But as I said above, this problem was fixed after our first night there and we got our view, which was amazing, by the way.
