Having to leave. Everything was so exceptional and inviting with the apartment and the area we didn't want to leave.

Great location (need car), Great great jacuzzi and sauna's. Great service (when they are there) Very nice room, with awesome balcony and view to the mountains. Not far from Zabka, and more. Not changing towels, it cost 15 zl. per 1 towel, we were 4 for 4 days and got only 4 towels total (1 size). reception is not 24/7 which is problematic on check-in, etc.. Pricey breakfast (and need pre-order).

Had a room on the ground floor so we could just walk straight out to the spa area of the jacuzzi and the saunas, with excellent views of the mountains. Easy parking since they have a garage underneath. Very spacious room.

I loved the view and the interior decor of the room Our handle for the shower was broken so it was tricky to change the temperaturę of the water

The view was beautiful, the room was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

We liked the view and the staff, specifically the woman that was nice enough to ask to prepare omelets for us everyday. The room was supposed to fit 4 people but it was way smaller than that. The breakfast didn’t include many halal options.

The location and the view. Very pricy considering the service we didn’t have. No room service, no cleaning for 6 days stay. The sauna and the jacuzzi facilities have no regular operation time. You don’t know Shawn they will open them or when to close.

View was excellent. Room was clean. It wasn’t clear that this is not a hotel. So getting things like extra pillows or having fresh towels or bedding changed was not included. Hot tub hours were short. Nobody explained that the a code was needed after hours. Same with air conditioner.

An excellent resort – highly recommended! Just make sure to choose the right type of apartment if you’re looking for a mountain view we booked apartment #18 , the location is very close to downtown. Resort services were fantastic, and my wife and I stayed for 3 days – we were very happy with everything?? Service Location Facilities

The balcony door was broken and damaged, making it impossible to open. Management should inspect everything thoroughly before check-ins and check-outs to ensure that guests don’t encounter such issues upon arrival.
