the room was dirty.. once i arrived there, my bed has lizard poop. the sheet makes my body feel uncomfortable as my body immediately grow red rashes once i lay down on the bed. i had to sleep on the floor instead. the bathroom was also small and have problem with the pumping.

Family values : display by the owners (brother and sisters) and extended the whole same to the guest. We feel that we are part of the family. Location is number one

Nice and good staff, everything that we asked. Will fullfilled by staff. The surrounding area around oyo should be cleaned up. It was totally messy with the bushes and rubbish. Thus it makes the hotel look scarier. The toilet was really small and the 'sawang' also spider were at the ceiling. Not comfortable to shower. Last but not least, the staff forgot to serve for the toileteries. However, the quantity of soap was not enough that make us need to buy outside.

The location is strategic. The price was also affordable. It stated additional charge may occur in booking . com, so we weren't sure what it means when we book the room. During check in we needed to add RM20 from the paid amount via booking. We agreed to add RM20 since the price seems cheap for the big room. Sharing this here for others to consider if they wanna stay here. Overall, we are happy with the stay. Thank you.
