Its clean No mirror, aircon not good, water heater is not warm, room too small its noisy from the outside and the first room they assigned smell cigarette. No netflix and you tube. Lobby is hot i dont think it has an aircon! A bit far from the airport

Clean room, good location. Small room but everything is there, nice for travelling alone.

Accommodation was excellent; room large and super clean. Location was also excellent. Staff was simply extraoridnary: I rarely got such incredible service: my thanks are due to all of them, especially Chen.

Location is close to many popular areas within the town of KK. Room is well cleaned and the water flow was strong for shower which I liked. Internet speed is good Noise at night time due to the proximity to the petrol station

Modern looking with plenty of storage hanging room. Kettle and complimentary coffee and tea provided. Room with a single bed was the perfect size for a solo traveler. Good quality bed linen and comfortable bed. Bedside reading light wasn't working. Safety latch on door broken. be prepared for the approx 5.20am mosque speaker prayer to wake you up, if you are a light sleeper.

I really appreciate being upgraded from a single room to a double room. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is quite comfortable—I slept well. The location is excellent, as the hotel is right in the city center. The Gaya Night Market on weekends is just a short distance away. The hot water in the bathroom takes a while to heat up, about 3-4 minutes. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, as you can hear cars and motorcycles outside, as well as the sound of prayers from the mosque in the early morning.
