Near to my event space at Horizon Hotel, the staff is really nice and kind. The sink broke so we have to rush to change to another room. I acidentally left my favourite shirt there and the hotel staff threw it away. they did not contact the owner of the room or check if the person staying there is still around. They took my shirt and they threw it way. They threw it away because it was slightly damp. I love that shirt and have been cherishing it for half a decade. It was my favourite shirt and i cannot get it anywhere anymore now that I have looked it up. I hope that the hotel checks if the person staying in the room is still at the location before disposing any belonging

The location is the best, some staff very friendly and the room had everything one needs. Unit a bit small. No restaurant or breakfast facilities.

The staff went out their way to make your stay enjoyable. They were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic service from them. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh hygiene products provided daily such as shower gel and shampoo and fresh towels. Water is freely distributed too which is nice. The location is great, right next to the nightly market on Gaya street, and close to everything else in the middle of town. The walls are non-existent. By this I mean that you can even hear every single drop of water in your neighbours shower as if they were showering in the same room as you. That meant you can also hear all the noise outside even from the top floor, and this noise often continued until midnight. Then around 2am it’s like their water system flushed and at the same time every night there was a very high sound coming from the water system that woke me up regularly. The internet was almost non existent. The network kept resetting itself and then when it did connect, the speed was very slow. In the bathroom they’ve disabled the main flush in the toilet so you can only part flush. Also they’ve disabled half the tap in the basin so you can only turn it part way for little water. Finally there was regularly a bad smell coming from the bathroom and given the room is compact it was sometimes overpowering. I assume overall they have a major problem with their fresh and soil water at the hotel and until they sort those issues out I do not recommend this place.
