the location is superb. nearby to all the attraction, Philipino market, night market, handicraft market, Jamilah Pearls etc. The buffet breakfast is also great, a lot of variety of tasty food and halal. Towel (body & face), shower cream, shampoo, iron, hair dryer, kettle etc & many more are provided. There's even a safety box in the room The bathroom water drainage was slow, a bit uncomfortable, a little bit flooded while showering

Close to the waterfront and easy walking to other parts of the city. A good sized room with plenty of natural light. Great view from the breakfast restaurant. Friendly staff who were able to answer all our questions. Pity we couldn't watch the famous sunset from the dining room on the top floor (it was closed).

No Space inside the room, The large pillar inside. No Privacy, window is in way. Told breakfast was free all, Paid for my kids breakfast, Paid for Extra blanket.

Close to downtown and the night markets. We enjoyed the breakfasts. We made this hotel our central hub for our excursions into Borneo. We were able to leave bags while traveling about. NA

I think it is important to mention cheaper rooms do not come with windows with an outdoor view. The first room I got had a window facing the corridor and the furnishing was bare and the wall painting looked like it was rushed. I had to top up cash to change to a better room. NA

My parents liked the bed. It was comfy. The breakfast was good too. The location was pretty nice. The soundproofing was not very good. They could hear the neighbor’s child crying.

I would like to make complaint regarding the toilet in our hotel room. The toilet is currently blocked & flooding, causing water to overflow on the floor. The situation is very inconvenient & uncomfortable for us! The sink is blocked & water cannot drain properly causing water accumalate in the basin. This requires immediate attention to fix the blockage. The issues needs to be checked & reapired ASAP. tq!
