It is fairly convenient to many points of interest and a good value.. It's clean. The room was missing a tv and the water dispenser on the floor only had hot water so cold water involved trekking to the lobby.

Helpful staff, bohemian feel to hotel. Easy location for market, shops and Jettison Peer. Beds were hard and shower cold.

Many things ， some of them are the city centre location， the kind owners ， the comfortable bed ， the affordable accommodation , the close proximity to many restaurants ❗️ Nothing I can think of !

The facility is out of date. Pls prepare your hygiene products such as shampoo and gel. No lift, it may cause trouble if you have big luggage.

The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived the WiFi was down. I was not able to connect my phone or my laptop. I had a work call so said to the receptionist I would need to rebook to stay somewhere with WiFi. I was told I could get a full refund through booking.com. However since requesting this the hotel have denied my refund so I have paid for 3 nights of which I did not stay for any. The customer service was terrible, they did not listen to our concern and refused refunding even though their WiFi was not working.

I think we woke the owner up at 22h30. Didn’t seem too chuffed. We had warned him though.

Very nice hotel centrally situated. Host is very kind and bathroom was comfortable although small. Beds were really hard, tourists be aware. However I let the staff know and they went out of their way to put an extra topper on the bed, really kind!

Nice location with a walking distance to the ferry and the market. The room was well equipped and the owner was lovely. WiFi working mostly on the ground floor, a bit loud sometimes and no daily cleaning of the room.
