Cheap and central location. Nice idea but the bed and pillow were ridiculously uncomfortable, and we are not fussy about where we sleep. Pillow felt like a sack of tennis balls, so lumpy!

Lovely and simple place with friendly staff. Great for a short stay and perfect to come back to after exploring the city. The pantry is clean and convenient, with a fridge and water dispenser. Showers and toilets are ok - overall, it has all the basic essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

NOT AT ALL. NOTHING. Everything about this place was disgustingly filthy — the blanket, the pillow, the bed, the walls, even the card slot for electricity. There were brown stains that looked like dried blood. AND ALSO there was NO SHOWER ROOM. If you wanted to wash yourself, you had to crouch over the toilet and use the faucet above it. Yes, really. IT IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. The room was mixed-gender, and club music from nearby kept blasting until 3 AM. I got bitten by bugs while trying to sleep. How many bugs must there be for them to hang bug spray above the bed? Cleanliness was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I booked for three nights but couldn’t sleep a minute. I stayed up all night and booked a new place in less than 12 hours. This insane hotel doesn’t give any refunds. I genuinely believe all the positive reviews are fake or paid ads. Do not trust them. Dirty, dirty, dirty, absolutely disgusting. No refund.

The clean kitchen, the common area. The uncomfortable and poorly maintained bathrooms. The lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms and the external sinks. The approximate organization of the luggage and footwear storage. While booking I had in mind the splendid organization and cleanness of the Bobobox in Jakarta but those can't probably be surpassed.

The capsule was not very comfortable, thin mattress and pillow. There also wasn’t a locker for my capsule, so I had to put my big bag in the room. Which also got wet due to a leaking airco. There were only two showers for men. Fortunately I didn’t had to wait for them, but it still feels as too little. The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Although when paying, she was not planning to give back my change. This could be by mistake, but it looked on purpose. The location is good, close by the waterfront and a big shopping mall.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The capsule style accommodation is unique and cozy perfect for backpackers who prefer a bit of privacy while still enjoying a shared space. It's a great concept that offers comfort and a sense of personal space. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff. Thank you for your kindness and friendly service. I hope to return again in the future and will gladly recommend this place to fellow travelers! There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The wooden base under the mattress was slightly damaged and had some holes, which made the thin mattress feel less comfortable and caused some back discomfort. Also, I think the cleanliness and organization of the toilet area could be improved for a better guest experience.
