The staff, room , pool and food Too many kids

We got a free upgrade for our room, the room was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of sockets in the room for us to charge our equipment. Too bad I made mistake booking a room without sea view, I expect the view to be exceptional. We had to pay for the parking and the parking was a bit small and we had to climb a few steps of ladder to reach the lobby. Luckily our luggage were small.

Breakfast was good., although the rolls were hard - but the fresh bread excellent. Room need more checks like one of the closet door did not turn the light off as the sensor was out of alignment, and the weighing machine needs battery level checked. Better check list for facilities provided and ensuring all lights and switches functional. The message button was on (flashing) during my whole 2 night stay.

Great location for walking to everything. The staff were helpful. The pool is nice with comfortable loungers. The rooms are large and spacious It’s a bit dated for the price but it’s okay :) The balcony overlooking reception is just silly. There was not enough place to hang dry clothes

I requested a lighter to light my daughters birthday cake but after a very long wait, we only got a box of matches. And the box of matches didnt even work so my daughter had to celebrate without a lit candle.

the breakfast was good. Also all the staff helpful and also i ask staff at reception to recommend me seafood, their recommendation superb! I experience durian smell in my room come from next room and i told the reception she make a fast action to send me air purifier and also give me option to change room.

Excellent location with access to the piers gong to islands. Also major markets are within 1 min walk. The hotel staff was great and the food was good. They upgraded us to the presidential suite we are eternally grateful as we are a family of 4. So we can’t complain thanks again to the staff of the hotel and the amazing hospitality and experience. The facility is getting old but they’re doing good and compensate for it with excellent service

Staff attentive Have to pay for parking at every exit. Trying to eat noodles n finds it runs out during bfst but always informs top up is coming. Only last day I managed to get some before checking out.

Central location, near to many conveniences. Very spacious room. Parking lacking. Interior of room a bit tired looking.

Really nice hotel, 15 minutes from the airport (barring local traffic which we learned can be pretty bad). Rooms were nice and comfortbale. Standard rooms have no view (no windows). Location is right between waterfront and Gaya street (where lots of shops and dining options are located). There is a small parking lot, we chose to valet for 50RM for convenience but I don’t think it would have been an issue to self park. Food at restaurants on site was good and reasonably priced. A bit of advice – if you are a Hyatt rewards member (sign up is free) you will get 50% off at all restaurants at this location including room service, at least at the time of this review.
