Aspira Resort Klong Muang Krabi

Be aware that the elevator is not available; their 3rd floor is quite high. Location - for a short stay it's good, but it's not very convenient for a longer period

The pool was small but a nice touch. The room was large and modern. The front staff acted like they were doing you a huge favour just by them checking you in. The cleaning didn’t make it to our room until late afternoon but if you walked in the hallway they were sitting on their phones until they heard you then they would hop up and try to look busy ??‍♀️? also, our room view was garbage in the building next door that the same hotel is fixing up.

There was a slight smell of mold in the room

Pretty quiet location (compared to Ao Nang), big room and bed. Only a few hundred meters to several beaches. Nice restaurants nearby and a 7-11 on the other side of the street. Free Tuk Tuk to the beach if you need it (or +-10min walk). Breakfast was lacking a bit (especially for vegetarians), the gym was quite rudimentary. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

This was less than satisfactory they present the hotel as being 4 Stars it is Not… the stairwell is dirty with stains on the floor and the room has outdated linens and towels are old and smell… Not 4 Stars, old and outdated linens, not clean and in bad need of a remodel

None 1. Smell bad from drained pipe in the room. 2. The pipe for clean buttock in the toilet leakage but the hotel not fix it , only turn off the valve. 3. I just see the hotel that ask 1000 baht for deposit insurance the room. 4. The parking lot so tight and few . 5. Bad smell of bed ,cover sheet, towel. 6. Only 2 bottles of water for family room. ( what the f*ck!)

Far from Aonang beach.. big room, very comfortable for 4 people.. halal restaurant only 700 meter from hotel.. 7e nearby. happen electrical power trip 2x

Large room There was an awful poison smell through our room. The bathroom also had the stench of stale urine.

The executive family suite had a ton of room. The balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The pool was very nice and clean, had a separate little kids area perfect for a 4 year old. The game room was nice,but the toddler play room was stinky like urine. Our room was clean and tons of storage. The beds weren't the hardest beds I've slept on in Thailand,but definitely not plush. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Thankfully staff helped with carrying luggage up the 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. I felt it was an ok value for proximity to the beautiful Klong Muang Beach and size of room. Biggest complaint is the water pressure and temperature. The shower would randomly run hot or cold and loose water pressure to the point of totally turning off mid shower. Even not at peak times of day,morning and evening. Otherwise it was a great stay. Would stay again for the pool and near by beach.

Large room with , smart tv , dressing gowns and 7/11 opposite . Close to restaurants . klong Muang is a nice quiet area with relatively deserted beaches if that’s what you want & we did . Swimming pool . Told we had upgrade but as reported by other guests wasn’t given pool view balcony I booked . Think it was a listing error ? but not sure our details where amended on Booking as I raised this with hotel and it changed to state city view . Unfortunately it was a view of an abandoned part of the hotel a complete eye sore which is not an upgrade no matter how big the room is ! Despite my utter disappointment at having to look at this aberration which did spoil my stay I can’t honestly put anyone off this hotel if you get the room you book it would be a fine stay . Pics of our room included modern bathroom ours wasn’t it was dated but as I say wasn’t what we booked . Had to pay a bond 1000 bht £22 not mentioned in conditions why ? & for what !

The location being away from the crowd, but it was too far from all the main tourist places. 7-eleven is right opposite to your hotel. 1) The staff looks at the clock before making any service. The room cleaning services are only available till 3 pm. If you give the cleaning order at 2:50 pm, they'll first look at the clock and then make a move. 2) The staff will not provide or make adjustments for vegetarian options. They'll ask you to eat the fruits, cerial and milk and bread butter, if the bread or the butter is eggless, otherwise they'll ask you to push the meat or egg out of the food and try it. They don't understand vegan options. When asked for just one vegetarian meal, the chef, by count, got ua 6 slices of eggless bread, despite asking for cheese slices for a normal upgrade. 3) The staff will push the idea of taxi pickup services, but will not comply with our needs. 4) Half of the switches in the rooms don't work, including the water heater switch. When asked to service that much during cleaning services or when we were not in the room, more switches stopped working and it just does not bother them to repair/replace them. 5) There is no lift within the hotel premises. You have to climb 2 floors to get your luggage up and down.

Good hotel with very helpful reception staff. Our bed was excellent, large and comfortable. The hotel isn't as near to the beach as the hotel would have you believe, but they do offer a free Tuk Tuk ride to the beaches. However the hotel is close by some very adequate restaurants which makes it a good base to stay for Klong Muang

Just okay. Room was decorated for our honeymoon Booking said it was a pool view room. We did not get it. Toilet was outdated. We had to change rooms 3 times. On the last day the heater blew up while showering and it smoked . staff handled it well tho

Big rooms, air con works, there is a balcony and a kitchen and some basic kitchenware. Breakfast was basic. 15-20 minutes walking distance from the beach. Is located next to a big road. Has a pool, that is okay, a small, a playroom and a second playroom, that has all the tables broken: broken pool table, broken air hockey table and broken football table. The room walls are thin, noice comes through. There is a broken or stopped building right next to hotel. No elevator. Nothing much to do in the hotel.
