Noisy air-condition. Water doesn't drain in a shower. The ceiling fan in the bathroom is covered with mould. I tried to address it by texting the owner. NO response was expressed. Water stains on a wall from rain probably. This place is very noisy. Sound travel all from 1st to 3rd floor. If you want to sleep in the morning don't choose this place. Stuff can be very inconsiderate to loud voices.

- A nice enough room for a budget price. Perfect for getting to the airport in the morning. - AC was working great. - Mini-fridge in the room. - It wasn’t very clean, you could easily see the shower glass wasn’t wiped down and there were a few hairs in the shower. - The main door and the balcony doors just would not lock. With the main door it was a bit more serious since the door slider lock was misaligned and that’s why it wasn’t locking. Ended up doing a chair against the door knob for the night like in the movies.

My room was nice clean and comfortable, though my friend’s room was clearly a quickly converted utility room. It was also noisy. A little too far from the centre of town, but okay if you rent a moped.

The room size was so large and quiet. It was far from the center about 3-5 minutes by motorbike but it wasn’t good for walking tourist. There was no restaurant or shopping around here but the room rate was not expensive, worth for money. The bathroom should be more clean.
