Location is very Good..!! Breakfast was awesome..!! I would say if you are coming with family Ananta Burin has it all to make everyone happy .!! Whenever I come next to Krabi I will again come to this place for sure . I could not find one to be honest ..!!

Probably was nice kind pool goes into shaded in the afternoon. Would stay again No When I turned up I had payed for breakfast in one room but office said I hadn’t. And could purchase breakfast 350 bht per day . So went with out .

Great hotel. Kids LOVED the water slides. Hightlight of their entire trip. Staff are all lovely and friendly. Cleanliness was great. Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to the beach, night market and everything else that you can think of.

Towels are old and worn out. The room was clean and well presented. However, the king-size bed was two beds pushed together and we could feel the gap between them, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Their SPA was very good, ladies doing massage were very professional. Facilities overall are good, family oriented hotel, have amenities for kids (kids corner, not kids club), some games like foosball, baby chairs in restaurant. Breakfast area is getting busy and no tables available, staff at the breakfast are not professional, our room looked “tired” with bathtub patched with something and cockroach in the room.

The hotel is ok, nothing to write home about, the staff is nice and friendly. The hotel put all our rooms quite close to each other as request, although they claimed over email earlier that the types of rooms I booked are in different buildings. The hotel is dated and it shows. The water in the pool was not warm enough. The breakfast had not a lot of choice and was almost always super crowded. The worst was at the very end, where upon checkout we were told that the extra duvets we requested are a paid service (no one mentioned this before and I've never had to pay for an extra duvet in any other hotel) and we had to wait until they check our rooms (really only low quality hotels do that)

Location is good, it's near the Ao Nang Ferry area and also the night market. There is an excellent massage parlor opposite the hotel. The dinner was great too. The room had ants from day 1 - near the TV area, on the floor and even on the bed. We reported it immediately and all that was done was a quick spray. Every day we reminded housekeeping to check for ants, and every night we’d wave them off the bed, only to wake up to 3-4 ants on the sheets again. It was genuinely stressful, we slept in fear of ants getting into our nose or ears. The room is old and poorly maintained, with a damp, moldy smell that never went away. The online photos are misleading compared to the actual condition. I would definitely not call this a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2-3 star. Staff struggled with English, which didn’t help resolve the issues and they seemed clueless about a proper fix beyond spraying. Breakfast was very average - tastless food.
