Nice pool and great rooms and convenient location Aircon leaked, the outside could look nicer and occasionally power cuts

The staff is super friendly. I reached there around 10:00AM and the check-in time was 2:00PM. She arranged the room for me within 10 minutes.

its the perfect location , everything is near walking distance ,the room was huge with a balcony that has clothes dryer , the shower was also big ,the ac worked perfectly they had tv with Netflix compared to the price paid its the perfect deal if you want to stay in the heart of ao nang area the bed was not comfortable at all

Phenomenal. Way exceeded my expectations. I loved the Timberhouse and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Ao Nang. Nothing.

Really enjoyed my stay, location was close to everything, wifi and ac worked well, daily housekeeping provided with bottled water and towels, room was spacious and clean, two umbrellas in the room ( I stayed mid May when was raining a little in the evening)

There was a roach in my room and the door to the outside has a gap underneath for bugs to crawl under. Don't let that scare you away, this place was presitine otherwise

Great location, walking distance to all amenities, between two beaches and both within walking distance. Friendly staff, pool was great. Beds can best be described as box springs, old air con a works well but very noisy.

Room was big, spacious. Clean and very comfortable. Outdoor part in front of the room was lovely. The pool was amazing, all the greenery around and a lot of beds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was very good, very close to the Ao Nang beach and the night market. We forgot two bottles of water in the freezer and they broke. Property charged us 40THB which was a bit weird but I guess valid. Not a problem. They gave us only one key so the room can be very hot until the AC cools the place after being started.

The breakfast was very bad and except the room size and the location I'm not recommend this hotel. Look old , and no AC on the breakfast.. Can be much better.

The reception was ok. You really don't get any information on them they are not very helpful. The rooms are very large. But they did not really clean the toilet and they did not change sheets for the 6 nights we stayed. They just provide water and toilet papers. The water from the shower and to brush your teeth is salty. Very uncomfortable. The ladies at the breakfast room were all nice anf friendly but the breakfast was not worth it. It was so basic. The fact that they did not bother to notify us that the swimming pool is close. We are allowed to swim at Krabi resort but the pool there was very dirty also. This hotel is not really a good value for your money. The pathway to the rooms were dark and the outside toilet was very dirty and smelled dirty. The pictures they shown are not the reality you see. Very misleading. It is like an abandoned place. Better pay a little more and booked another hotel until they finished renovation. It was very sad, we payed and we just want to have a relaxed vacation, we waited a whole year for this vacation. But this is what we got. The location is very good though. It ia in the middle of Ao Nang. The cleaning and the restaurant staffs are very nice. That'why im giving a 5 not a 3.

So, it’s ok. The staff were really kind and we were provided with 2 bottles of water everyday. Breakfast was nice aside from seeing a swarm of flies on the uncovered diced tomatoes for the omelette station. This was an okay stay. You can see (and hear) that they’re renovating so hopefully some changes are underway The bed was HARD and some paint was chipping due to water damage… at one point, water leaked from the floor when you stepped on it. We also heard something crawling on the roof (or in the walls) one night… (can’t leave leftovers out overnight) This was an okay stay.
