The location is great! Close to bars, coffee shops, restaurants and a 711. Across the road from the sea. It was very noisy, could hear everything in the corridor and lane way out side. The bathroom was tiny and not well designed , you have to walk around the door to use the sink.

The property is near to the beach but outdated. Less options for breakfast for veg. Night staff is little rude.

We loved the location for activities, beach, walking distance to restaurants and the night market. We also loved the included buffet breakfast with good continental and thai food. Really friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. I could say that we had a good stay without inconvenience because we stayed for 5 nights and only 1 of those nights there was a loud noise coming from a bar close to the hotel. Which was easily fixed with some earplugs.

I think everything is good, especially the staff there kind and helpful, just a little downside that because is close to the bar so is slight noise during the night. But it depends which room that you're staying too ... I guess

The staff here were some of the friendliest I came across in my two weeks in Thailand. The room was also incredibly nice and spacious with a balcony, sitting area, and felt modern and up-to-date. Good location too. Lots around! The pool wasn’t the best compared to some similar hotels for equal or lesser value. I stayed at three different hotels in Ao Nang and I would say well this one was very nice, the value for money may not be worth it.

I enjoyed everything in this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. The stuff was so friendly and always ready to help. The location is very convenient and close to everything in Ao Nang beach and the night market. The breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
