The location was great, staff were friendly. We came for our honeymoon. The sheets were dirty and the people staying above us we’re throughing there smoke on us so we couldn’t even do Jacquze and the air conditioning needed maintenance you can basically see the dirt inside it.

Location This was my all time worst stay in Thailand. All I can say, is the reception staff were not very welcoming, power outages, no hot water in the shower, food was not good, and too many kids. It seems like a kids resort (has a waterpark). Definitely NOT a good choice for solo travelers looking for a relaxing stay. I was woken up at 2am by noisy kids on the balcony below me listening to music. I had half a mind to ask for a refund, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have agreed. Would not stay here again. Location is good, but there are plenty of other better hotel options in the same area.

Not a lot, room cleaner excellent.great location. Swim up bar, couldn't find the bar man. Had a pool access room. Great until the.kids are.in there screaming and shrieking from 07.00. Not supposed to be open until 08.30. Breakfast very poor. All HOT food was stone cold. (Apart from the egg station). Staff playing on their phones, seemed not interested. Coffee Machine, not worth writing home about. It was very poor. Would we stay again. NO.

The hotel was decent. Its location was the real selling point – easy access to the marina, night market, and loads of restaurants and attractions. The hotel was clean and had a pool, though we didn't get around to using it. Breakfast was a bit of a mess, to be honest. A bit of a struggle to get what you fancied at times. Plus, if you didn't get there early, they didn't always top up the food, so you missed out on quite a few things.

We loved a location and all kids entertainment. The cleaning ? should be done more deeply. The bathrooms was in bad shape. Staff could improve there english skills.

Nice apartment , spacious with big terrace . Good comfortable beds. Many gekko lizard outside the hotel an the furniture was not very modern like in the photos

good size modern rooms. loved the red pool. 10 mins to the beach. Staff all very polite and welcoming. Disappointed that our rooms were on the ground floor as the outside space where the hot tubs were was surrounded by a high fence so no view and felt very claustraphobic.

Location, the building and concept have potential bad management i think. Staff seems unexperienced. Pool was not clean, i got all red stains on my swimshorts. Room was not clean at arrival stained sheets and hairs in our bed and the same in the room of our friends. After mentioning it they cleaned the bed, but cleaning staff was already gone so one kind guy helped us but was rather clueless how to make up a bed. Hotel needs to throw away stained sheets and pillowcases and even the towels where grey... a good hotel provides good quality sheets and towels. Looked like these are used for decades. No personality and the poolbar was feeling dead the staff was sitting on the floor watching instagram instead off entertaining and communicatinf with the guest... It was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
