The ladies on reception were super friendly and welcoming:) And efficient too. So big well done to them :) The room was very clean and comfortable. Also very nice pool. The location of the hotel was really convenient for everything. And it has a good underground car park. Not much to dislike actually....only the gym treadmill and other cardio vascular exercise machines didn't work.

Great location near the main road, so it’s very easy to get around. There are convenience stores and nice cafes nearby, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for the price. Would definitely come back again!

Affordable One of the male Kitchen staff was very rude!

Special thanks to the staff: Chef Frank, Bankky, Bank,Hana,Bow, Roll. They all have big hearts. Made our stay perfect. A strong smell came out of the bathroom since the drains were not blocked because of hot weather. I had to close them with a piece of plastic

The location was great! about a 10-15 min walk to Ao Nang beach. Going down this road also got us to the little company where you can buy tickets to ride a speed boat to Railey Beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. I liked the staff. They let us borrow beach towels. They also had a laundry service we paid a little for. Clothes was clean and folded the next day. They held our luggage for us too before check in and after. Clean room. No Durian fruit allowed. Nice pool area. They also have a restaurant and spa massage We liked everything honestly. Staff was nice and we had everything we needed. I guess one thing is we couldn't check in early but that's ok because they held our luggage and we just did a spa massage while we waited.

Great location, short walk to beach and across from great restaurants. Street-facing rooms are loud due to stupid motorcycle riders late at night.

Paid for a 45 sq meter partial sea view room on late checkin. Got a 22 meter dump with twin comforter on king bed and building view. Mgmt insisted "Complimentary Upgrade' Everything

Walking distance for halal food & aonang beach. The swimming pool was dirty and i saw no one used it during my stay there. There are construction on going in front of the lobby.

Room are spacious & clean. Bed are comfortable. Toilet is clean. Location is good. 7 eleven & amazon cafe just under the hotel. Parking also available for who drive. Near aonang street. All good. Staff are good.

I liked just room big size and swimming pool. And reception service good Air conditioner work so loud, if you off them will be so hot. When you sleep early morning employees don’t respect customer talking so loud in hall and talking by phone with loudspeaker, listening music on the phone.

Central, convenient and great pool nothing

The room is not as good as in pictures. Everything was very dirty. Black stains on the sofa and even mold over the tv furniture. Especially the bathroom, the door handle was loose, the sink cracked and the walls has some kind of oil spilled over it. The AC has a lot of dust, clearly visible. We talked to them and they came to repair the door and took out the sofa cushions. They changed our room after we complained with Booking and the second one was OK but not good enough for the money either. They are renovating the facilites but still has a good way to fulfill the minimums for a 4 star hotel.
