Amazing on the beach location and their excellent on the beach restaurant. Owner and staff run a very friendly , clean and professional bustling busy place. Good breakfast. Massage at the hotel restaurant. Very helpful place that helped us book a boat to our next destination which had been impossible for us to figure out on our own. Rooms have great big windows with sea view. Nothing. It is a simple place not fancy but We liked it and the owners/staff a lot . We were only there 2 nights so really didn't explore the area.

The people who ran this place were amazing. Super accommodating and helped us with all excursions and trips. Great fresh food for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was nice. Coffee could of been better The bed was a little hard but amazing place for price

The most beautiful location i could imagine. Nicest people Good food. Gorgeous sunset. Lovely beach and water. This was not a concern for me but it is remote. I was able to walk to 7-11 but there is nothing else close. I was content to lie on the beach and sip fresh coconut juice!

The room we stayed in was very nice! It had a balcony that looked out onto Phra Nga Bay. The hotel is right on Tubkaek beach, which was lovely and convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful in getting taxis. Lastly, the restaurant on the premises is really good! The hotel is pretty far from Ao Nang, which is both nice because Tubkaek Beach is lovely and not crowded, but also a bit difficult to get to and from. We couldn’t use Grab from there because cars didn’t want to come get us there.

Great location. Great views. Good restaurant. Great coconut smoothie. More secluded. Great massage. Hospitality was lacking. It felt like a motel. Our room wasn’t ready by scheduled check in time. Guests were smoking at the restaurant. Make sure to get the “grab” app for taxi service. Massage was 2x more expensive than in other cities.

For a post-covid two star hotel this place was amazing. Most places I have stayed at like this are still recovering from covid - tatty and in need of love. This place has clearly had some money and love put into it recently. It's a very small place, family run. They must have been offered a buy out by the bigger resorts at some point and resisted. Good for them! You're looking at staying here because of it's fantastic location close to the islands and not having to pay the 4 and 5 star resort prices. Staff are wonderful. Food is great and not pricey. Room very comfortable. They have no beach loungers, but you can just chill at the bar. The sea practically comes up to the bar! Quiet area - no shops or loud music - perfect. I will go back to this place for sure. My AC (room A1 I think - the first room at the top row) kept turning itself off after about five minutes and I would have to turn it back on. No idea what was wrong with it. It also turned off at night twice. Annoying, and they are fairly new units. Take rock shoes as there is a lot of broken coral and pebbles underfoot when wading out to swim. It takes a long time to wade out for a decent swim lol.

Staff was amazingly friendly, and the food was very good. People from other resorts on the same beach came here to eat. Great seafood selection. The hotel Seaview rooms are right next to the road which can be quite busy sometimes with noisy motor, scooters, etc. once we arrived, we opted to move to one of the lower unit says the upper units were a little noisy for us for a good nights sleep. Just bring some earplugs with you if you want to stay on the upper units which have a Seaview?

the hotel is only 14 rooms but perfect and just infront ofthe beach. It is very peaceful and also good to observe sunset which is awesom.

If your plans are in town, transport is more expensive as it is a half hour drive from Ao Nang or Krabi City. This also counts as a plus, as the location ,means it’s quiet.

The rooms with the best view are also the ones close to the road and it can get very noisy at certain times because of passing cars and motorcycles.
