Beds Property is dated but well maintained.

Nothing much... Most of the relevant points that make a stay pleasurable. The staff is veey uncourteous. They do not have even basic customer service skills. No staff understands the english well. Even after prior intimation about reaching early, they did not provide the room before 2 pm, though the rooms were available and ready. The room provided had the non functional air conditioning. No one looked at the complaint. All non competent staff tried to attend it and after 2 hours got the room changed. No room cleaning is done unless specifically told. The hotel does not have a basic full fledged restaurant. The location is pretty odd and very inconvenient for commuting. Even for basic dinner to go to Ao nag it costs 400 baht per trip. That makes it over all very costly. There is no supervisor or manager to attend any complaints. Better stay near Ao Nang beach in a decent hotel and not spend anything.on property like this And btw its not a beach property. They have a man made beach near the shore.

I really liked the restaurant and the rooms were clean. Great job there The shuttle service was a lie and the sheets were a little worn

Large property providing lots of green space, nice pool area, and surrounding seating with sea views were all lovely. Staff were extremely friendly and many spoke English, which was very helpful to us. The steps up to the upper-level rooms were each very high. No problem if young and fit, but otherwise request a ground floor unit.

Only the staff. That’s all was good about this property . Though they didn’t know much about the local favorites , they helped us in the issues related to the room (that’s coming up ) Other than the staff z… EVERYTHING was sub or lower standards .. to start with 1)the location is in a very shabby area with too much poverty ( and yes that’s sad but they can atleast clean up just outside the hotel . ) also it’s not worth the 45 mins drive from the airport and NOT walkable to the beach. 2) The cottage we took showed diff pic than what we saw online . The room has a very very basic (it’s more like a cabin restrooms in jungles) bathroom and toilet in one place .The bed is okay but after a long day of activities it wasn’t great . 3)Mosquitoes .. lots and lots of them. 4)there is a basic restaurant on the site provides food and breakfast and that was OK and kind of just whatever .. No good restaurants in the walking distance and all the street food around .. again was kind of shady . It stank kind of crappy on the whole road so you wondered whether to eat or not there. 5) this is not a beach front resort . There is no beach to walk . There is pier 10 mins walk .. again shabby and dirty. 6)everywhere we went , they had board - Beware of thieves and I know why..

Breakfast was not elaborate, was order from a menu but was very good. The beach was fine at high tide for walking, but not really for swimming. The pool was lovely and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas At low tide there was a mudflat at the beach. No smells or such but unattractive

Had a wonderful 8 day stay at diamond beach hotel, loved our sea view cabin nestled inside tropical gardens, easy to reach all areas. Staff really helpful and friendly assisted us with any requests from scooter hire to ferry transfers. Beach access in front of property not for swimming but we went swimming at all major beaches. Want to thank the staff for wonderful experience.

Bungalows were basic but comfortable with everything we needed - tea coffee bottle of water provided each day. The bungalows were spacious. Linen changed. Fridge in the room. Had a nice balcony to sit outside. Pool was great and sufficient loungers available. Staff were very helpful and gave us plenty of information. Breakfast was great too when we had it with plenty of choices. There were some cafes and shops on the main road a 10 minute walk away. We read plenty of the reviews and so didn’t have any surprises for our stay and made sure we talk precautions ie for mosquitoes etc. The beach isn’t great - mud flats but it is close to the ferry to Railay Beach which is nice. We were out very day so it didn’t matter. We did have difficulty with internet and it took several days of complaining for it to be sorted which was an inconvenience but understand it happens.

Stayed in one of the bungalows with a sea view. Loved it. Excellent value for money and the pool is really nice. No beach but the sea views are great. Close to the docks to get a boat to Railay beach.

Spacious room The location - a bit in the middle of nowhere (if you have a car/scooter it’s better). In the nature, you will see and hear lots of insects.
