there is a place that delivers food at the hotel, don't remember the name, but the reception call them with the order and they deliver fairly quick, the food is delicious and for a very affordable price. the location is not the best.

Perfect location for those who seek private and safty

It's a bit far from the busy areas and there were constructions outside while we were staying there.

The room had the most beautiful view of a karst formation over the ocean, and sunrise was pretty amazing. Also at night there was a flight of bats at sunset that was lovely. It is a very convenient location for visiting islands (the tours leave from a pier that is very close by). The swimming pools are beautiful and warm. The staff is super helpful and kind. I enjoed the breakfast. The soundproofing is a not fantastic. I could her people talking in the room above and to one side. But this was not a concern for m.

Everything was perfect.

We had very nice room on the first floor with pool on our balcony. Hotel is in really quiet area and it is really good for holidays. If you want to explore around, i would recommend to rent a sccoter. We didn't try breakfast but we heard it's also nice.

The room view was breathtaking!

Room size, view, beds and balcony, short 15 min drive to Ao Nang. Need to climb a very steep walkway after parking the car everyday. Basic amenities like iron box was not available, lots of mosquitoes and lizards. One staff had a poor attitude but the other lady was very good and helpful.

The view was amazing, we got a room on the last, 6th, floor (605) and the view was incredible. The room was clean, very spacious and looked just like on the pictures. I was a bit worried that the hotel just posted some nice pictures as a bait for guests but it was not the case at all. We also like the location, it was quiet and accessible with Grab or a scooter which we rented. The abandoned park added to the scenery in my personal opinion. It was also very easy to get to Railay since the pier is just 20 min away walking or 8 min with a scooter. We never tried breakfast since reviews wasn’t good but some people mentioned there was no possibility to get drinks at the lobby and it’s not true. We got water and Coke without issues (and it was nice to have complimentary water in the room which was left by the cleaning ladies). The hotel can feel a bit remote for some but it was perfect for us. And it’s nothing that Grab couldn’t fix. The stuff isn’t very accommodating or friendly (except for the guard at night), we weren’t offered any drinks when we arrived in the morning and had to wait for our room. It felt a bit weird because usually hotels always offer something (even if it’s not complimentary) if you have to wait in the lobby. I also didn’t like how our bags were just stored near the staircase where everyone was passing all the time. We also didn’t get much information upon arrival so we had to figure everything out or ask. It’s good that I read reviews and knew that room cleaning had to be requested, otherwise I would’ve found out on my own. But for cleaning a sign on the door was sufficient. Some electricity sockets didn’t work (around the makeup table) which was a bit inconvenient. Towels were worn out and should be either replaced or bleached to look white again. Water in the shower was sometimes changing from hot to cold. And it was really weird to have just one chair on the balcony when the room is clearly for 2 people. There was also no drying rack for towels and swimwear.

The rooms are large and have a nice design. The location is located a bit far off and we had to walk quite far for restaurants and food. Definitely need a bike here.

The hotel offers spectacular views and spacious rooms, which were definite highlights of the stay. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and did their best to keep things tidy. However, there were several drawbacks that made the experience less enjoyable. The bath towels are no longer white. They are very worn and needs to be replaced. The ugly brown bath mat has gone way past its time. The white bed sheets had yellow stains. We requested a new sheet, and that too had yellow stains. Upon check in, we were only given one key card for two guests, making it difficult to coordinate. The location was a bit misleading. There is no proper beach within walking distance, only a fisherman’s beach. If you’re looking for a place to swim or relax by the sand, you’ll need to go elsewhere. Another major issue was accessibility. There are lots of steps to climb to get up to the property, which is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. To make things worse, Grab rides were difficult to get, often taking a long time, and in some cases, drivers would drop us off at the bottom of the hill, leaving us to climb up on foot. The lack of a phone in the room was also frustrating. If you needed anything, or even had a question for the front desk, you had to physically go down to the reception desk, which was inconvenient.

The rooms are as the picture, such a nice hotel.. we took the pool view and it was honestly breathtaking! Definitely so happy with this pick! There could be more facilities and possibly food available other than breakfast

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

They totally ignored me when I outreached them before our stay.

Amazing staff and view

It’s quiet away from the tourist huddle! The staff blamed us for stealing two hand handles after having paid a premium for the property! Not something we would like to experience on a honeymoon!

Room was spacious and very amazing views of sunrise, the sea etc. That there was no room service or in house food options, given it is a bit outside of the city centre.

The breakfast, we ordered muesli and it had insects in it.
