Very responsive,helpful,we remain without water at around 11 pm and we asked at reception if they can provide us 2 bottles of water,and they did that without hesitation,i really recommend this hotel.

I took a room with private pool, to be comfortable with my family, but nothing was private not the pool not even the room, alot of little fly’s was stack in the window in the next morning, and a giant lazer was there to eating them, started to ask them to come and clean from 10 they came at 17:00 after a 7 times i asked them to came.

Location: It was a peaceful oasis. I was hesitant about being a 7minute shuttle away from the beach, but it was perfect! The hotel shuttle is free and outside of their normal schedule they will give you a ride for very cheap. So we were able to spend plenty of time exploring Ao Nang and even a short taxi from downtown Krabi, a long tail ride from Raily Beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Also, highly recommend Jungle Kitchen restaurant within walking distance of the hotel - the best food we had in Thailand! Hotel: Clean, beautiful, peaceful. Staff was incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. There was a lot of staff constantly cleaning the pool, even scrubbing the sides, sweeping, tending to the plants, serving the breakfast, everything. Way more staff than any US company would hire, and the quality showed. Breakfast buffet was the best we had the whole trip. Would highly recommend! Also the reviews about being charged fees concerned me, but we didn't get charged anything and we definitely left some stains on the towels. The fees aren't as strict as other reviews made them out to be. If I return to Thailand I am definitely staying here; Ao Nang was my favorite spot & the Infinity was my favorite hotel! The only cons are: mattress was FIRM but that was the case for all the hotels & cities we stayed in. And honestly after long days of travel & adventure, I slept like a baby no problem.

The mattress was a bit too hard for our comfort. Also, we found the hotel’s policy about damage fees a bit unusual — they strongly emphasize that even small damages incur charges and even provide a “damage price list,” which felt a little unwelcoming.

The one thing I didn't like was leaving. We enjoyed 5 days here, but when leaving I was jealous of everyone lounging around the pool whose departure day had not yet arrived.

Everything was really good, nice room, place, comfortable bed and nice bath. Didn’t like the breakfast and small thing about preparation room for me and my girlfriend. Was requested special surprise for honey moon, but it wasn’t there where we checked in.

The rooftop swimming pool was great view i had booked premium room with private pool which was okay but no vfm The rooms were stinking like damp clothes, staff didn’t take action after informing. Food was good. Location is a bit secluded from Main Street and far like 2.5km from Ao nang beach Room smell Private pool was dirty jacuzzi wasn’t working Switch sockets were not working

Having our own pool The mattress on the bed was hard, not comfortable to sleep on. If you get makeup or mud (excursion) on the towels it’s a 640b charge per towel. Also there were loads of newts outside our room door, each night we had atleast 3 in the room.

Considering it’s only been open a few years it’s looking rough around the edges - paint peeling in the bathroom, a hole at the bottom of the door meaning all the Insects came in, pool towels were stained. No fruit at breakfast.
