N/A Says check in at 13:00 but they don’t let you check in till 14:00. Was travelling for 24 hours and wouldn’t let me check in any earlier so I sat in the lobby for nearly 5 hours. Was standing at the desk for ages and when a male came along they accompanied him before me.

Staff were always friendly. They didn’t speak English well enough and communication was tough at times. Hot water in the shower was on and off with huge temperature swings. It was uncomfortable and uncontrollable at times. Maintenance and housekeeping couldn’t fix it

Staffs are quite helpful. Poor in cleaning part.The room was too smell,dust smell. Bedsheet,pillow case,blanket are not proper clean,alot dust mite that can cause skin itchiness. Aircon not good in working condition, so noisy.
