Our host Lucho and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! Lucho, head of the breakfast dining was so wonderful! So kind, very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we wanted or needed! He shared wonderful stories and we really enjoyed interacting with him! Lucho truly made us feel so welcome and special! Our stay would not have been so wonderful without Lucho! The food was wonderful too! Huge variety of international cuisine! Loved it! The pool was not cool enough to cool you down, also, guests would get up early to hold shaded lounge chairs to occupy and then never use them?

The breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. Also, the bed was amazing—very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. One aspect we didn’t particularly like was that the room was not cleaned every day. While we understand and appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly approach, we would have preferred more consistent housekeeping during our stay.

Love Paskasai 3rd year staying there. Staff is great and most helpful. So enjoyed Lucho and breakfast time very helpful and quite funny. Shine did a good job too. Cream at front desk was also very good. Really still don’t care for all the steps.

Amazing resort that feels peaceful, green, and welcoming amidst the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Exceptionally kind staff, lovely clean and spacious rooms, and an amazing and relaxing pool with a tiny sea view that feels quiet.

Pakasai is a beautiful hotel with amazing views, but overall the experience was frustrating and not worth the price we paid. The biggest issue is the location — the hotel is built on a cliff, so you can’t really move around freely. You are forced to rely on golf carts to go anywhere, and they often take a long time to arrive, which becomes very annoying. Simple things like going to breakfast or returning to your room take much longer than they should. We also paid for the all-inclusive package expecting to fully enjoy the hotel without worrying about extra charges. However, we were surprised to find out that the all-inclusive menu was very limited, basically a half menu with mostly cheap and basic dishes. Most of the better options were not included, which defeats the whole point of paying for all inclusive. On top of that, the breakfast was the same every single day, with no variety, and honestly it wasn’t even that good. After a couple of days it became repetitive and disappointing.

The location was great, close enough to walking streets, etc. but still quiet and calm. The staff was wonderful, and the service and comfort of all the facilities was great. Can’t think of anything.

There was a poor cleaning of the room, including the items inside the room as well. There is not variety on the breakfast. We got 4 times breakfast here, I felt eating the same every day. It can improve.

Great location, staff in the pool bar and breakfast were very friendly and helpful, however the hotel is very overpriced for what is offering. Very old rooms require renovation breakfast was ok very limited . We received a room that was facing the street and was extremely noisy and lacked of privacy aa u couldn’t use the balcony and bath tub there! We asked to change as soon as we checked in however the reception didn’t even try to change it simply saying they were fully booked. We stayed 8 nights and the price was quite high for the night and not what was advertised in the pictures !! Some help to try accommodate and make us satisfied would have been nice.

They didn’t give us a deluxe room which we booked. They gave us some another room which was on top of hill and far away. We had to climb stairs for 6 floors which was very uneasy and there was no shuttle kind of service

Great resort, need to be fit if able if they give you the top floor rooms which are great Difficult access to top buildings need to climb steep stairs

-staff were incredibly friendly and warm - pool was very nice - the greenery/ gardening area was really nice - decor in the room seemed a little outdated (grey bedding)
