Our stay at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, was truly unforgettable. We stayed for one night to celebrate my boyfriend’s 40th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we received the warmest welcome and exceptional service from every staff member we met. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Khun Anna, our private butler, who took such wonderful care of us. She was thoughtful, attentive, and made every moment feel extra special. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our celebration even more memorable. We booked a spa treatment during our stay, and it was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had truly relaxing and beautifully delivered. For dinner, we dined at Lae Lay restaurant, where Chef Chris Jirawat and all staff who prepared an incredible special six-course menu for us. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect birthday celebration. and thank you all staff at restaurant who take care of us that night. We would also like to thank all the staff who surprised us with birthday cakes throughout our stay. We received three beautiful cakes, and every surprise made us feel so loved and celebrated. Thank you so, so much for your kindness and generosity. This was our second stay at Phulay Bay, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. Great service, beautiful resort, great accommodation and pool. The Spa, while good, felt pushy in the sense that they tried to upsell to more minutes a bit too aggressively.

he private villa was beautiful, with a fantastic private pool, outdoor bath, and a very comfortable bed. Everything looked great and felt well maintained. I especially want to thank Aea, the private concierge, who was wonderful - very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool and poolside food were absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed spending time there. The only downside was breakfast - it was very limited, and I ended up needing to take a taxi to eat elsewhere or order to the room. Also, I didn’t see a proper beach nearby, only a rocky step into the water, though I wasn’t actively looking for a beach. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the villa experience and the excellent service from Aea. Breakfast could definitely be improved, as the options felt too limited for a hotel of this standard.

The location, very personalised services, ultra luxury accommodations

Beautiful esthetics of the hotel, high service standards, great butler who looked after us called Yid (Thank you Yid ❤️). Nice and spacious rooms with beautiful decor and very clean. The hotel put a lot of effort into organizing the room for our arrival with 3 kids, they arranged baby bottles, sterilizer, toilet and bath accessories for kids, It was really great, thank you. Breakfast is exceptional, the food in restaurants is very good. The hotel has a great agenda of events for guests - cocktail evenings, dance shows, complimentary trips to Hong island. The pool is very nice and there are kids friends. The gym was perfect. No beach, as the location of the hotel is on the rocky edge, however the hotel compensates with free trips to amazing hong island. Moving around the hotel was a bit challenging with 3 kids and waiting for a buddy takes time, we ended up walking up and down the hills.

The hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is perfect, the bed is big and comfortable, fantastic breakfast. We loved everything. Our personal butler was absolutely incredible, they anticipated our every need and made our stay feel truly luxurious.

The best hotel in the world. Breathtaking location, the most luxurious bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in and staff that would do anything to make your stay both special and memorable If I’m being picky I’ve had better restaurant experiences. This could be that I just made wrong choices. The breakfast choice and quality however was phenomenal. The above will not stop me from returning though
