The staff were amazing and location was great. Very clean, lovely breakfast. Will always stay here to be fair. It’s our second visit and it’s only Got better. The bed was very hard.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ao Nang and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was extremely spacious and spotless, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. We really appreciated the attention to detail — from the thoughtful bathroom amenities and samples to the beach bag provided for guests. These small touches made a big difference and showed how much you care about your guests’ comfort. The staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant were incredibly friendly and especially kind to our little boy, which meant a lot to us as a family. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. We also ordered several dishes from the à la carte menu during our stay, and everything was absolutely tasty and beautifully prepared. The location is definitely another strong point of the hotel. The pool area was large, clean, and very relaxing, with music at a pleasant volume. Even though we stayed on the first floor, we couldn’t hear the music in the room at all, which ensured a peaceful and comfortable rest. We highly recommend this hotel and truly hope to return in the future. It was a real pleasure staying with you! Nothing

Liked everything!!! I was actually surprised! On the first look it seems like a Bar cum reception. And the manager feels scary.. ha ha.. Then the feeling continues till we reached to the room door. I even considered to change the hotel on the next day. But just after we entered the room.. Boom.. instant shock. We booked their duplex suite room, and i very well know how hard its to maintain such setup.. still we find the room super clean, comfy my kids just loved the vibe. What shock me, I didn't expect a package of amenities like well known 5stars.. From towels to hand wash, shampoo to outdoor sitting in the balcony.. it feels like was staying a luxury chain. Where I expect them just a private owned resort. And the pool.. feels like a wonderland to kids. We were lucky to enjoy their saturday foam party at the pool. Then those staffs who looks scary at first.. we super friendly and kind people I ever met in Thailand. Thanks for making us such a wonderful experience. None to point out. Just keep the service like this and we will be coming back again and again.

It’s a nice place and walking distance to beach market and many other nice places. However the place is outdated. They built a nice place but did not maintain it well. The staff are very nice except for the wellness place. The breakfast was quite nice. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. However not well maintained The massage place is not good, they are loud, rude and not professional. The foot massage was less than mediocre, it’s definitely not to recommend.

Location was great, walking distance to both night markets, restaurants, massages, shopping and Railay beach long tail boats. We had the two story rooms and they were very spacious with a large balcony over looking the pool. The adult pool was nice and quiet. The decor is very instagramable. Breakfast was adequate with not a lot of variety. We had 5 breakfasts and it never changed so it got very monotonous. Front desk was not friendly or helpful. There seam to be a language barrier but I would think basic English would be necessary in hospitality. The pool bar was rarely open. The beds were hard. We were traveling for 3 weeks so laundry was necessary and it was twice as much compared to other places we stayed.

- Well equipped - Swimming pool - staffs - location - service - The shower is not so good. The water pressure and the temperature are not stable. - the machines at the gym are mostly not functional

Close to everything, wonderful little hotel , great pool with swim up bars lots of happy hrs , had a pool party while we were here . Staff very helpful especially Fom and mad

Nice room, beautiful pool with bar and food. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Bed frame to big for bed and I banged my shin.

The pool are and bar area are nice. The staff is amazing and the rooms are big, value for the amount you pay is there. The rooms or at least my room should be updated as it was showing wear and tear.

Great location,great room for families. Got to give a mention to Ja she should get recognition for being a great member of staff always smiling and friendly ?

The swim up room was great and the happy hours in both the pool bar and lobby bar were very reasonable and great bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was brilliant with also not being too loud. Whilst the hotel wants to promote sustainability and to keep your towels there are very few hooks / places to actually hang towels to dry! The breakfast was fairly simple and limited.
