The bed was pretty hard and you can hear people when they’re outside

The hotel and room clean, nice view and every thing near by. The stuff is hospitable.

Everything overall went great. The staff were really friendly, the bed was comfortable, the views were beautiful especially the cliff side, and the pool was nice. The location was great! Only negative aspect was that I found a hair that was on my blankets and in sink that was there when I checked in. Everything else was great!

Great facilities, good food and very attentive staff. We stayed there only one night before heading to Railay for a couple of more days and they kept and stored our luggage at the hotel for free – that was extremely helpful for us. Very well located, close to the main road and the beach where the boats to the other islands depart. Nothing :)

Nothing really comes to mind except the TV on or room was slanted to the left quite a bit

The pool is well laid out with good setup.. Rooms are clean and big…just that the wash basin is a bit oddly located A beautiful place to be with family… great ambience & good food.. The pool is fantastic …good place for leisure and enjoy The gym is good…but could have been slightly better in terms of the attachments available in the cable machine.

Everything was awesome

The resort is very pleasant and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. The staff do an excellent job and are always professional and attentive. The service is fast, efficient, and impeccable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is more than sufficient. The swimming pool is clean and very well maintained. Also, don’t forget to book a massage at the spa center — the therapists are excellent. Unfortunately, it rained every day during my stay, so I was not able to join any of the excursions organized by the resort. The room was quite humid, but the staff kindly provided a dehumidifier to help regulate the moisture levels, for which I am especially grateful. It made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Pool was not big enough for number of people there. Breakfast did not cater for westerners, more for Indians and Muslims, so could be improved with bacon and proper sausages. Cold fried eggs.

The hotel facilities prices (like massage, restaurant, etc) were quite higher (double?) than outside, which is pity.

Nice view of pool, night market/shops, ocean and balcony Breakfast was good, just not my preferences for food. Room had a beautiful view of pool and ocean. 2 issues with this resort, drain was plugged in our shower so our shower soon became a foot bath as water didn’t drain. Biggest issue is this resort has a very loud party atmosphere at the pool, yet lots of families there. It feels like they cater to all and therefore don’t cater to anyone in particular.

I like the bed is the most because it’s so good to sleep and make me not ever dream like I did, and they know my birthday so they surprise me with delicious cake and celebrate things I love it so much and thank you for all staff who involved. A bit far from Ao nang but it’s fine.

Bed was okay For the sea view that we booked you almost binoculars to spot it. On top of that the so called sea view rooms are on the same side as the pool where in daytime was an extremely loud “pool party” and in the evening the music from the night market made sleeping almost impossible.

Negative Review I booked a room with 1 king bed+ 1 single bed, However, when I checked in, the staff kept making excuses and passing the buck constantly. They claimed there was an order error, then blamed system issues, and even told me to contact Booking.com customer service on my own. Later, they insisted I must pay extra money just to get my booking room. Their ridiculous excuse was that my booking only stated two adults, even though I traveled with two children. I fully understand and accept extra fees for additional kids, but the hotel should have provided the exact room and bed configuration I confirmed and reserved beforehand. It was extremely unreasonable that they failed to honor my original booking at all. In the end, they simply assigned me a random room with only one single bed for my whole family. I have already filed a formal complaint against this hotel via Booking.com immediately after the incident. On top of the terrible check-in experience, the hotel breakfast was awful and tasteless. I had booked breakfast for two days, yet I gave up eating at the hotel on the second day and chose to go to 7-Eleven instead — the food there was far better by comparison. After I reported the hotel’s deceptive practices to Booking.com repeatedly, the hotel only sent a shallow apology message with no compensation or sincere solution whatsoever. Their customer service is incompetent and they have no willingness to resolve guests’ problems properly. I will never choose this hotel again in my life, and I strongly advise all travelers to avoid it at all costs!
