This hotel has a zen feeling. Host was extremely kind and polite. And she speaks English very well.

The property is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. There are 2 swimming pools you can use and the areas are great. Phu was the receptionist here and she was very helpful at all times. I lost a camera on the taxi and she tried helping me contacting friends around and accessing the CCTV trying to find out something about the car. It's a very good place to stay for a reasonable price, but strongly recommended if you can drive a scooter, as transportation is very difficult. Although the property is very nice, the area does not have things around or many options of restaurants and I found very difficult to get transportation from Ao Nang or anywhere back to the hotel. So you need to have a scooter to get around here well!

It was clean and green area Staff doesn't understand English or talk in good English They dont give basic toiletries. No complementary tea or coffee Shower had no pressure.

The Staff and room was ok, location also One day there were No water in the room( shower, toilet and sink) 2 days there were No wifi in the room and the dident mange to fix it
