Very friendly staff helping with questings regarding ferry the next day. Nice with airport transfer for 500THB. Tidy room. Close to a 7-11. Bad smell in the room and reception. Very high humidity and mold around the AC-opening. Very thin walls to our neighboor guests.

Everything. Location was convenient to everything. Walking distance to night market and river walk and lots of restaurants. Lovely special touches in the room - snacks, water and grind your own coffee. Staff is lovely and the cafe downstairs awesome! Beds are very very comfortable & high quality linens & towels & toiletries. Nothing. But we have no problem with spiral stairs. There might be an elevator , but that wouldn’t be an option after 6 pm so if you have mobility issues be aware.

Great location, very clean, nice big room, great staff, lovely coffee shop right downstairs The only minor gripe is that reception is on the first floor and you have to access it through the coffee shop via quite a tight spiral staircase. Having said this, staff took our bags up for us via a service stair so it wasn’t too bad.

The hotel itself is nice and the cafe under it is amazing, expensive but very nice, they have super nice coffee in the room and little treats and it’s a very nice experience, the common areas are so cute, the rooms are cute I don’t know if I have missed this and it was highlighted somewhere but the hotel is actually on the second floor and the access is with a spiral wooden stairs, so definitely not super convenient for like bigger luggage and more suitcases kinda travelers, and while we where there for almost like 4 hours the water wasn’t working which was an issue out of their control

Location was good, right in the middle of the city and next to the night markets. The coffee shop chain right in the hotel. The smell was bad to the point I couldn’t sleep at night, the view of the room was in the alley where there’s mold, dirt and fungi everywhere. The stairs up the room were tricky while carrying the luggage if you arrive after 6pm, there’s no one to help.

Even the staff was always really kind a face multiple times not finding anyone to attend some service. Few personal and could not find the staff to ask for towels and toilet paper (even through the phone number in the front desk)

Location was great and central. Room was big and clean. Served its purpose The winding stairs up to reception takes some getting used to. There’s no air conditioning outside the rooms so the communal space was hot. Towels are really worn out

Rooms were large. I was not aware that hotel starts from 2nd floor. We travelled with a family and child, luggage. Stsff helped us to carry to 3 rd floor, but when I check out eary I have to carry them myself with heavy luggage which was very hard fir me. Rooms were smelling of humidity, can not sleep well! Bed was not comfortable and clean enough

The hotel checkin counter is on the second floor of the cafe, but the hotel sign is very small, hardly noticable. No elevator, the only way up is to take the spiral staircase, which is not very friendly for the elders.

Initially, I liked the style of the room. I really liked the location. The aircon was loud and smelled moldy. No window, only a very dirty balcony. Bad lighting. There was no electricity early in the morning and no water! Our flight was early and so our experience was really bad. There is no staff until 8, so no one to help you. I really wanted to like this place, but it was my worst "hotel" stay in years.

The hotel was centrally located for us to walk to restaurants and a good massage place. The value for the hotel was good and staff was friendly

Nice room, spacious space. They dont have elevator. If you check in late, the dont have bell boy available. So, you have to carry all your luggages through steep stair.

The room had a strange smell. Im not sure if it was coming from the bathroom or from the sink (that is outside de bathroom). I was sad about that because we loved the layout of the room.

Was only in Krabi quick as I was passing through. Loved my stay here. The cafe below is delicious. Lots to walk to around the hotel. Had to leave early before the cafe was open so they left me breakfast at my door.
